This store is completely unprofessional. Me and my husband went here 5/18 for him to be get a new phone and add it to my plan. Which should’ve been a transfer from his line to mine. So we came in she told us how much was left on the remaining balance be we can do the transfer and close his old account. So a month goes by and we found out jokes on us she never closed the account at all when we went in that day and it ended up racking up to $290 in charges due to her negligence. I tried to call them yesterday about it, they told me I needed to come in the store. When we came to the store they told us nothing could be done and turned us away. So thank you to Angelica for your stupidity and not actually doing you job. Much appreciated.

Went in with bad sim card another place couldn't figure out. JC had everything good in 20 minutes.

This place absolutely sucks!! Customer service is awful. I went to come to get phones here after my other phone had broke and they told me everything i wanted to hear. After i got the phone and the bills started to come in it was a completely different story. JC promised me something totally different. JC is a terrible human being. He's very snappy with his customers and i'm sure other people could also relate. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE MY TIME OR SERVICE AGAIN!

Absolutely worst experience i could have imagined! Sat for 8 hours trying to get my 12 lines switched from T-Mobile business to AT&T business left with only 7 of the 12 lines and was asked to come back the next day. Then sat for an additional 6 hours the next day to only get told we could not get the rest of the lines at this time and was promised a $300 bill credit for the inconvenience. Here we are now almost 4 months later and still no bill credit and my bill is almost double with 7 lines at AT&T than it was at T-Mobile with 12.

First I want to say when you walk in don't expect to be noticed/greeted we stood around waiting and waiting and waiting until someone noticed us, took 30 minutes of our time only to find out the phone we wanted to upgrade was not in stock. Beverly sent us on our way to another AT&T location only to start ALL over again and come to find out she could have ordered the phone to be delivered to us. Beverly was the worst!!!

Tim, who I am guessing is a manager at this store, is almost comically unhelpful and surly. I sure hope they promote this guy, he is definitely upper management material.

Aaron at OKC May Avenue AT&T store went way beyond the call of duty to help me. I couldn’t get my 16 iPhone to work in my car and needed a different type of charger. He went outside to my car several times and tried SEVERAL OPTIONS and finally got it to work. As I told him I was traveling and did not know where I was going and didn’t have the option to use my visible instructions how to reach my destination. He was very kind and very sweet I give Him five stars.
