No installation guy shows up from 10 am - Noon today June 9, 2025. AT&T provide BAD service. Do not trust them. I will to switch to another ISP.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about Chris F., who helped me with my grandparents and setting them up with the best deals for internet, tv, and cell service! He was patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful! I am so grateful. He has ensured we will be lifelong AT&T customers. Give this man a raise! Thanks, Chris!

Went to get a new phone and didn’t realize my last name changed since last time I went in. The girl could care less to help at all she would rather talk to an associate about something else and ignore me and play with her hair very professional when we have had the same phone plan for over 25 years. I’m getting so sick of AT&T go to another store they treat you better

My experience in the store on 240 was very good.
But my experience in the newcastle store was a nightmare due to the guy that was working with me was not helpful At all, rude and disrespectful, and couldn’t transfer my information from my phone to the new phone,so I returned the new phone and went to the 240 store.

Wouldn't even give this store 1 star - didn't tell us they information that we would need needed to know about the questions he got up left and I tried to get his attention he was talking to another customer and ignoring us. This store is RUDE

I visited the store to purchase a new phone as I was having issues with mine. Maria was the next readily available rep. She got me taken care of quickly and smoothly. She helped me set up my new phone and even entertained me while it loaded. Was a wonderful overall experience.
