Went in for a new upgrade trading from Verizon process was very smooth. Only thing was it took a while for my phone to transfer, which wasn’t anyone’s fault but iPhone when you go in Kameron can help you get everything you need. He’s very helpful knew exactly what he was talking about I would recommend him to anyone coming in AT&T for a new phone or questions very smooth process happy with my service!!

I went in for help with a personal phone issue claim and even though they couldn't help with that, Takia noticed I had cracks with my business phone and asked if I could resolve the issue with the business phone. I explained I had my business phone with a prepaid plan with T-Mobile and she simply asked how much I was paying and what services and it lead to me switching to an AT&T Actual phone plan with a new, better phone at a Huge discount because I traded my old phone in. She also got me a protection plan that lead me to paying only $13 more a month than my Prepaid Plan with T-Mobile. I don't think I've ever been happier in a cell phone store. Travis helped me get all my information from T-Mobile, who didn't make it Simple, and transferred All my data from phone to phone. Takia & Travis both talked to me how I prefer-no bs, just facts, suggestions and dollar amounts and got it done. I also observed how they interacted with the other patrons who came into the store and they were always courteous and enjoyable with them as well. They would be beneficial to any customer service company and AT&T should be glad to have them. Takia & Travis--THANK YOU.

My experience at another store was subpar and I ended up leaving empty handed. Tried ordering online but ran into an issue and needed to go to a store; I’m glad I chose this one! Anita was wonderful!! She went above and beyond and got the issue resolved. We were there for no more than 30 minutes and walked out with what we came for! Anita is the best Customer Service/Sales representative I have ever encountered!!! Thank you for your swift problem solving skills and making everything go smoothly like it should’ve in the first place.
