This was a complete waste of time.
We came to AT&T because we were getting emails stating that our transfer of service was incomplete. But it was complete as we handled this in store 2 weeks prior. We tried to call in to the AT&T Customer service line, no help, we tried to go online to schedule an appointment with no help. We went to the store and waited over 40 minutes!!! For a child, yes, a child to tell us to just disregard the emails. How about fixing (doing your job) it so we dont think we messed something up. We wasted an entire Saturday at the Penn and Memorial store. I dispise AT&T. Just as an example everytime we go to a store you take my ID pull up my account then ask me if my phone has been paid off!!! IT HAS BEEN PAID OFF FOR 6 YEARS!!! how do you not see that, are you not paying attention to my account details? Complete waste of time!

They will check in OTHER people walking in after you, instead of helping first in, staff is unhelpful and the wait time is over an hour and a half. If I had a choice I would go elsewhere.

Go talk to Ray. I walked out of the store with a new phone And $300. And the process of transferring all of my apps over (sorry ray) Took a little bit of time he was carrying a conversation like I knew him for years.

Gabriel was great to work with great personality and very informative on the products and helping me purchase a new phone. The only negative with AT&T is the wait time for service. Gabriel was super helpful.

The manager Matthew is the best! My partner and I spent all day on hold and at different locations trying to resolve a simple problem and getting the run around. When we showed up here, he had it fixed in under 5 minutes. Best experience!

Spencer was very knowledgeable and helpful! He answered any and all questions we had with the utmost confidence. He didn't get annoyed when we kept changing our minds about the phone we wanted and he was patient and helped us feel comfortable about switching to AT&T.
We will be making all future appointments with Spencer until he gets promoted and is no longer available.
My whole experience with all of the employees were great we really appreciate everyone letting my 3 yr old nephew roam around and explore everything. They said they love kids there and showed that was true.
