Takia was so amazing and helpful with getting everything handled for me. She made sure to check all the options available to ensure that I was getting the best deal possible. When I walked in there was no wait time. They are well staffed to ensure there is not a long wait. I would highly recommend this store, location and definitely ask for Takia! Although all the staff in there seemed very knowledgeable while helping the other customers.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.First off they are not corporate they are an authorized retailer. The employees are super lazy. I asked about the difference between two phones and an employee said I should look up on YouTube the pros and cons. ??Here is the big kicker. The employee Kameron Dockens is a scammer and a lier. I went into the store to add a line and get a new phone. He said that I HAVE TO get the insurance for at least a month. He said they can’t sell me the phone without adding the insurance. He said I could call customer service and cancel it but HE MUST ADD IT. I called the corporate store 10 minutes away and they confirmed he is lying and you do NOT HAVE TO GET INSURANCE. I confronted him and explained I called the other store and told me he was lying.He said that is what he has been told. I asked for a store managers name and number and he wouldn’t tell me and told me to go out the door I came in.This is extortion and fraud. I will be taking this as high as it can go.

Spencer and all the other employees were incredible and helpful. I would recommend them 10009%. I think the staff at quail springs deserve a Christmas or thanksgiving party for their dedication to the industry and customers. They are excellent and friendly. We had to come in a few times and they remembered us and jumped into action! Well done!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had at an AT&T store. Went in to upgrade my phone. When checking my email called the store to say that I ordered purple but it said black. A store rep then told me that sometimes the email can be wrong and to check, and if it was the wrong color, they could return and re-order if needed. NOT ONCE did anyone tell me NOT to open the box, or I would have to pay a $55 restocking fee. So, of course, I opened to check, and when trying to explain my situation to the store, they said I had to pay the $55 restocking fee. They said I could also call the AT&T number to see if they would waive it, but when I called them, they said the store manager could waive it. However, when I went back there for the 3rd time and spoke with the store manager Takia Gross, she stated that she could not waive the fee and that I could go to a corporate office and try them. Went to the corporate office on Memorial, and they took care of my issues no problem then and there and stated that the store manager was wrong. I feel like all the reps there for the exception of one at this store need better communication and customer service skills because I had to figure a lot of this issue by myself and that they had me coming back and running around for no reason. I am never returning to this location ever again, and I hope that whoever does has a better experience than I did.

Store was supposed to add one line. They added two and have been charging us for the second one without us knowing. Att won’t reimburse becuase they say we should be chat hung the store workers mistake. They took over $200 on a line that never existed.

The reps in the store were unfriendly! I felt like I interrupted their conversation when I came in. Nobody else was in the store except me. They fixed my phone. I'll find a different store.

Went in to upgrade an old phone. Sales agent tried to say the phone couldn’t be upgraded, then that the upgrade would cost more than he originally said, then that he would actually have to set it up on a new plan altogether, but couldn’t really tell me why or how the plan was different. Also said it was impossible for him to just sell me phone outright. While arguing with his coworker about how he never gets weekends off because his commissions were low.It was bizarre, I told him nevermind and went to the location at NW Expressway and Rockwell, where they did exactly what I had asked for in about 10 minutes.Avoid this place like the plague.

My experience was horrible the ladies in there told us what we couldnt do before checking. Did offer any help. Went to the store close to the mall and got all the help i needed. I typing this as they are helping. I wouldnt recommend that store to anyone as long as they work there. Very unprofessional

If I could give a negative star I would do not use this place. Worse customer service experience in my life. Seriously about to boycott at&t all together.... and the black big lady in there store needs to go work at the dollar store or something if she doesn't like her job. Literally worse customer service skills ever

I switched from US Cellular recently. I had a great experience. The whole team was friendly and we were chatting and laughing while my phone data switched over. Esmeralda was extremely helpful in helping set up the Firstnet account. Thank you AT&T team!
