27 minutes on hold to see if they had my part. Walked into the store as they answered. No customers were waiting when I walked in. Good thing is they gave a courtesy discount as an apology.

I purchased a battery and alternator and rectifier one year ago and pretty much exactly 18 days after the one year purchase the part failed. All of them whatever you purchase from there make sure you get lifetime warranty or just simply go to O'Reilly's one year warranty basically tells you they are just running a racket on you. Additionally I was calling the store to have the clerk take some dimensions of a part and Joey The Helpful helper behind the counter refused to measure something even after I told him I live one and a half hours away from the store unfortunately it is the only Warehouse in town that will actually have the part in stock.

Apparently if you order an item and don’t pick it up within two weeks the store puts the item back without notifying you. The worst part is they will not return your money (basically stealing it from you) only to say there’s nothing they can do about it. This is coming from a place that claims to have a “rich culture and history of going the Extra Mile for our customers and our community.”

Employees here have serious attitude problems. Waited in line and had part numbers and get up to the counter and dude was being obviously disgruntled the entire time he was helping me like it was such an inconvenience. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or what but shouldn’t take your bad attitudes out on the customers, especially when they got part numbers and have already pretty much done your job for you

Manager said he had the part I needed got there and the part I needed showed to be in stock but after my arrival in deep traffic ( being the weekend on south 29th st) he said he never visually made sure the part was there so ....I didn't get my part couldn't get to work on Monday and the manager didn't even show interest or empathy and or offer any type of ( management I'll make it right to you somehow but left me in the hands of some other less experienced less qualified clerks and didn't even inform me that my part wasn't there but proceeds to go out and smoke while I waited for my part that wasn't even there, definitely not a return customers and will advice customers to have them physically go and check to see if their parts really is there prior to making the drive and finding out their parts are not really there

Had me on hold for 20min then finally picks up the phone and say are you still there sir and hangs up in my face so I called right back thinking it was accident he picks up the phone being rude than tell me it's other calling ahead of me why still being rude so I just hung in his face on to the next auto zone I go had a way better experience

This has to be the worst Autozone in the state of Oklahoma and or the one off of SW 29th and Robinson …! The management team and the customer service is pathetic….! I have never seen such dis race towards customers . Not only to my self personally but to the others that was in a line that had atleast 12 people waiting .. I called ahead of time to see if they could tell me of a lifetime warranty part that I had purchased, not only could they not tell me on the phone , but they said I had to come in as well to see if it was . So I did . When I got there I went up to the parts counter and the guy basically yelled at me and told me I needed to go threw the checkout lane to find that answer …! So ridiculous…! Why would I have to go threw the check out line instead of the parts department to find out if I have a lifetime part in their system ….? Luckily I called O’Reillys before hand and they could let me know over the phone giving them my phone number over the phone if I had a lifetime warranty with them . They didn’t . I asked them iff they had the part . He said yea . So after not getting any results from Autozone I went to O’Reillys and bought a lifetime part . And the people were very friendly there just right down the street …! I will NOT be going back not only to this Autozone location but any Autozone location from here on …! Yep this location has ruined it forever for my purchases at any othe Autozone …….!!!!!!

Called in about a part, water heater coren hose every part that was brought out was a radiator hose. I explained it hooks into the heater core half inch but a 4 inch hose always came back. Need people with more experience in auto mechanics.
