My family and I were in Oklahoma City for a softball tournament. We had unplanned difficulties with our vehicle and barely made it to the AutoZone. The staff here went above and beyond from the manager to an employee named Robert! They were kind, courteous and oh so helpful when we were in serious need as we live in Arkansas! Thank you so much for all of your help!!

Had a cop pulled me over after one of my break lights went out. I went straight to autozone, who had the bulb I needed and helped me with the tools needed to install it myself. Marvelous job by the team!

Awful customer service. Manager couldn't figure out how to warranty a lifetime tool so he told me since I didn't buy it at his specific autozone, he didn't have to honor the warranty.

Marcus from this location simplified a lot for me. I bought a front light and he immediately assisted me with switching them out. This man gave me some good advice and he really knows what he is doing. Not only that but assisted me in the most polite manner.

I only shop at this location. Im always greeted when i walk in, they are always helpful, always informative, funny, and help me put my wipers on. Ive gotten many car parts from here, gotten my battery checked, and will always only shop at this location.
