The store manager the long black hair she is a older black woman she is totally very ruded too her customers and she was very ruded too me this is not the only time she was ruded I mean every time I come in there and ask a question about something in the store she has a attitude I had too buy what I needed at another auto store and if she doesn't like her job then she needs too find something else you should always treat customers with respect it doesn't matter who they are ..

I was visiting OKC from Wyoming to attend a dog show last weekend. While at the show, my van's battery went out. It was late in the evening, and I stopped by AutoZone at about 9 PM. LaTonya went out, checked my battery, and told me that it was bad and needed to be replaced. I drive a Ford Transit, and to access the battery, you need tools. LaTonya told me that she would sleep better that night if I promised to come back in the morning when it was a little slower and she had more help, so she could assist me with changing the battery.
The next morning, I showed up when the store opened, and there she was, smiling and happy to see me back, ready to help me get safely on my way back to Wyoming. Arturo came out and helped remove the old battery and install the new one. Both were extremely kind, helpful, and wonderful people. I just wanted to say that they went above and beyond to help me; their care and compassion did not go unnoticed. Thank you, LaTonya and Arturo!

I went to store 523 Saturday and I’m very disappointed on the manager at this store. The manager, Dominic was very rude to costumers and co workers . He was very unprofessional and very slow at helping customers out.
