I would like to give the two gentlemen the benefit of the doubt because I don’t believe you have to have much expertise with car to work at this establishment. However, I think it would have been more helpful if maybe there were maybe a little bit more knowledge base because I was basically sent on my way with, “I don’t know what that means, go find a mechanic.” Which on a Sunday when most mechanics are closed, is not the most helpful.

denis sold me a filter and i asked him twice if it was the right one and he said yes and it ended up being the wrong one and blake help me to fix the situation

The worst service experience the manager who has broke hand I bought grinder and then the fitting it didn’t work so I went back to return it the guy with broken hand toke the other staff members and told her not to return it which I have the recipient and it show the time on it so she called the cops on me 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ which if something lower than 1 star I would gave them I have the recorder on my camera which it will be posted soon the receipt transaction just to show you all how bad they are to all communities if you need any parts go different place in area 73142 zip code don’t go to this location they are scammer

Worst experience anyone can see they called cops on customer for trying to return item within 30 minutes purchase he showed receipt 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

I have been coming to this store for years and always received excellent service ... until today. I needed bulbs for my headlights. The guy did not want to help me at all, and had a horrible attitude about. He was rude and arrogant. Said good luck finding someone to replace them... so I went down the street to a different business who very kindly and efficiently took care of me and gained my business. I won't be back if this is how customers like me are going to be treated.
