Well I guess this shop is making so much money that they don't need mine, the first call that I made I spoke to a female and I gave her all of the information about the vehicle and she stated that I would receive a call back, a week later & that never happened, so I decided to give them another chance, I called again and spoke with a female again and she stated that they are in and out of the shop all the time and she would have them call me... again that never happened. I'm not going to beg anyone to take my money and I've already found another shop.
