This particular location has the worst agents in the company. I had accounts with this bank, bought and sold multiple properties using their financial services and even recommended other customers to them. I have never had any problems with any of their other locations, just this one. From lying agents, rude agents, refusal to release MY funds, etc. Because of the agents at this location, I canceled two personal accounts, one business account and moved my personal mortgage to another financial institution in the area. 16 year business relationship ruined!

On 11/12/24 I walked in the 1111 lincoln st branch i
said hello and that i needed to cash a check the teller Stephanie Griffis did not seem very happy to help. She was a little rude when she explained what she would require to cash my check. I ask her why all that info was needed she said that is just their policy and if I didn't have the information that she would not cash my check. Ms. Divine was called over and she was very nice. Will not ever deal with ms griffis again. She counted my money out to me and I was recounting the money, and she asked me to move over to the other desk. Just in case, another customer came in, so I'm counting my money. Another customer comes in. And she speaks very friendly to him. So I don't know if it was me, or if she's just having a bad day, or if she has some other issues going on. But I was not happy with her service

Went in there to get Dollar coins several times the last time the lady got tired of me coming in there she went running to her boss changed her mind and said you have to be a customer very rude was nice the rest of the times but never again would I ever think of opening a account with them it’s just dollar coins lady your acting like I’m asking for a million dollars get over it

Staff is judgmental. Lazy and don’t wanna do the extra work so they lie saying your card doesn’t work to make your loan payment. Just go to ANY other location honestly. Multiple times now have I had issues with this exact location.

I was there today and was trying to cash a check, the teller needed my SS #. Why? So I asked her and she stated, " I don't know" phssdt! She didn't know why???There's was no one else in the bank yet it too 15 mn to cash a check. This Bank is strange! Why did they nees my SS #?

I've been with BancFirst for long time and they have been very good to us and they treat customers like family. I wouldn't bank any where else. I highly recommend this Bank.

I cannot stand this location. I love BancFirst but literally not one other location makes me fill out anything anytime I go. I know it's something so little and not a big deal, it's just the point that every other location has phenomenal customer service. I have so many different accounts with them, but the customer service at this one location makes me want to close every account I have with them.

Teller sent deposit back for me to do their job,since when is it customers job to deposit my money in the account I'll be moving my account to different bank.

I waited for 10 minutes, explained several times what I needed in detail and I was given the incorrect items. It is now the weekend and locations are closed. I like bancfirst in general but I would rather drive an extra five minutes to a competent bancfirst then go to this easily accessible location.

I have been refused cashing in quarters for the laundry mat because I didn’t have an account here. Being that it’s right across the street from where I live, I thought I’d try again for notarizing a letter. Yet again, refused… The woman was very rude too. I wouldn’t consider or recommend opening an account here now.
