It's great bank, with great customer service, great drive thru experience, all the bank tellers are awesome. My issue is trying to deposit money inside the branch using a card. They only have one card reader, that is out of date and never works. The remodel looks fantastic, tho it would be nice if each teller had a card reader that was up to date.
Get some new card readers and I'll give the 5 stars it deserves! Have a nice day!😀

Terrible customer service. None of the employees are educated on what is going on or how to take care of any customer needs. This location only cares about the Hispanic customers. Do not expect any kind of decent service unless you are Hispanic. Had to call the location in Moore and have that manager contact the Penn location to get something simple and easy done. They will lie to your face and talk down to you. BEWARE

As a business owner I was told I was to keep my DEBIT card with me at ALL TIMES. I went to the movies and left my business cell phone with cards in a case. My account was drained being ALLOWED to use as a charge card. Filed a police report and NOTHING. Again the people who allowed my card to be used win again. The sold merchandise and take no Responsibility. Try to cash a $20 check at a bank and they do everything but take blood.
Nothing will change corporations win again.
Also my Facebook page is flooded with the bank officers. I wish they put this much time investigating the ones who stole my card!!!

I do not usually leave negative reviews but what happened to me today was unnecessary. I went to this location around 11:30 am in the drive thru. I needed to cash a check(one of their checks,) but I was turned away due to not telling the teller what I was going to use the money for. This is very unprofessional and none of their business what I am using the funds for. It is not your job to judge. I only hope this type of thing gets fixed.

Everyone at this branch is friendly and welcoming! Roxanne (Assistant Branch Manager) was super helpful and personal, she took the time to take care of me and got my account situated. Roxanne did a great job of not making me feel rushed, very much appreciated! :)
