Everyone at this branch is friendly and welcoming! Roxanne (Assistant Branch Manager) was super helpful and personal, she took the time to take care of me and got my account situated. Roxanne did a great job of not making me feel rushed, very much appreciated! :)

Went to the drive thru ATM to withdraw so cash from my account. The ATM would not accept my cards PIN number, a number I've had for years. So, I went inside to get help to fix the problem.I'm handicapped and have a very difficult tome standing due to painful black and hip problems, also I have a heart pump that keeps me alive. I standing and I waited greater than 30 minutes while a non English speaking customer got her checkbook balanced by the male teller. The other teller was engaged in a similar activity. While I was standing, 2 to 3 other customers walked out in anger over the excessive wait. When I finally got to go to the male teller, I was in excruciating back and hip pain, and angry myself. When I was appropriately 3 feet away from the teller I tossed my card in frezbee fashion. The card landed in front of the teller... He literally had to reach for it. I acknowledge that I absolutely should NOT have tossed the card. The teller called me by name saying that because I "threw the card" he refused to help me. He even had the nerve to tell a manager that I threw the card at him...So I walked out. I called customer service requesting that they review the recording from the camera. Nothing... This branch has multiple office rooms that should be used to take customers into when they're balancing that customer's check book not only could I see the transactions, I could plainly hear the conversation. If I spoke and understood the language I would know all the customers business. I'm sure some of the other customers in the lobby now know her business.. As soon as I am able to coordinate it with my other family members we plan on leaving Bancfirst for a bank that is Handicap accessible and friendly and don't balance the checkbook non English speaking customers so that all can see the tablet screen.

For a company using LOYALTY as its core principle, it seems hypocritical to fire everyone who isn't bilingual so you can cater to people who don't want to learn the language. Seems your loyalty is to making money, which, some might say, is nothing to be proud of. I only use(d) BancFirst to help out fellow Oklahomans, but if you aren't doing the same, then why pay the fees that big banks back East don't charge.

The customer service at this location sucks!! On multiple occasions I have went to this location and been treated poorly,, So much so, that I'm thinking about pulling my entire money from this bank that I've used for over 20 years. Suggest you do something about the customer service skills that your staff holds at this location or you're going to lose a lot of business. It's totally the drive thru. I'm sure this will do absolutely nothing and go absolutely nowhere but thanks for listening.

I waited in the drive through line for 30 mins in a Saturday to pay my child support. Which mind you I didn’t take or make the contract for it to be paid at bank first. I have been paying my child support for two years through the drive through. Today I was told by the attendant that they couldn’t do it, they were not letting her. I asked to speak with her manager. That’s when Herlinda came and told me they were too busy at the moment to do it through the drive through. I would not ever put my money in bank first hands. They may be too busy for you to get your money back at any given time. Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this bank.

They need to hire more people this place would be decent but they are so unstaffed. This morning was literally a line of people waiting outside the door. I get a line in the drive thru. But in the lobby??

I used to go here for my company. It used to be wonderful, nice facility, staff that remembered you. I even brought them cookies on holidays because they were great.But in the past several months it has gone down hill drastically. I noticed that many of the usually girls were no longer there. I would sometimes wait 30-40 minutes in the commercial lane and there would only be 2-3 cars ahead of me. I have gone inside before and it is no better. You just stand there for the time instead. There is one gentleman who is often in the drive through and he has messed up or forgot things in our deposit multiple times; he is also the slowest one.Just drive to another branch and you will still be done before they would have gotten to you. I have not had any issues with other locations, just this one.Avoid if you value your time.
