Horrible customer service. They always seem to be short staffed and wait times are unacceptably too long.

Would rate them in the negative if possible. Have now been waiting for 6 months for them to send me a replacement card and practically zero help every time I go into the store to get to the bottom of this. Can't say enough bad things about this company and especially this location.

I was having a really bad day running errands, and I didn't realize how much a smile would make a difference. The teller was fast and awesome, and just having someone be nice to be for a little bit (even if it's part of the job) made my day a lot better. Never had a bad experience with this bank :)

Worst bank in America! They literally never do anything right. They put a hold on my checks for weeks! Spelled my name wrong on all my credit and debit cards even after I corrected the paperwork twice. They put money in my personal account when I say business and business when I say personal. The typical response at this bank is "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do about it" or "we have a third party who handles that." They can't even call to verify funds at another bank within 11 days to deposit a$3500 check in an account I put $11,000 in this month even though they told me the money would be available the next day. And that is the branch manager telling me this. Incompetent and unhelpful to put it nicely

First let me start by saying that I love being able to set an appointment online! It helps with my busy schedule. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and didn't have to wait any time for my noon appointment. Amy was very kind and professional and got me in and out under 30 minutes. I have nothing but great things to say about this location!

How do you write an ATM machine? It's not like it's going to be offended if you give it a low rating. If it does the job it's supposed to do, if it's in a safe place, if it's sheltered from the elements, then I would say it gets 5 stars. But you make up your own mind about that.

This is probably the worst BoA walk-in bank I've seen in years in all locations. Like the previous comments, they have one (1) teller working the front while the other is working the drive thru teller window during the busiest times. Every time I visit the location, it's the same. I am now going to use the BoA on NW Expressway. Your wait time is cut down 3/4 compared to this location. Parking is limited so plan on driving around until someone leaves, if you need to use the indoor services. The one major improvement the manager created was the second ATM drive thru. In Vegas, there is 2 ATM drive thru lanes with each one having 2 machines so efficiency and customer care is their priority.

Worst bank ever. Understaffed, incompetent , and overall the biggest disappointment. They have one teller. Im writing this review as I'm still waiting in line to simply make a deposit half an hour later. So I will be switching banks immediately, If you must bank at boa avoid this location

The thing that drives me crazy about this bank is that they will have a line , one teller for merchante, one for everyone else, and there are two greeters telling me welcome. Get behind the counter and help someone.
