SW 89th and Western location posts drive through closing time at 5pm. I drove across town to make an important deposit and found them closed well before that time. So frustrating, Going to a local bank with better customer service.

A friend wrote me a check for a purchase written on his BOA account. I stop by a branch in nw okc and was told they are going to charge me $8.00 to cash it becauseI don't have a BOA account. When I said something teller basically ignored me and called for next customer. Guess what? I can promise you that in the future I never will open an account.. Not a good way to earn new business.

Went in today to cash a business check in the commercial line. The cashier told me that since I have a personal account with them I could not use the commercial lane. I told her it’s a business check that has nothing to do with my personal account. I do not want it deposited in my account, I just needed the business check cashed to pay my employees. She didn’t talk to me after that and sent out my check. Very unprofessional everytime I go to this location they give me a hard time just because I have an account there also. They may not have my account for much longer. Getting tired of the BS from the cashiers

Too busy. Waited almost 20 minutes for a notary I was told would be about 5 minutes, then had to leave for an appointment. Lots of people arrived after me and waiting too.

Slowest bank ever! Takes way to long in the drive thru. One lane open with two cars ahead of me and I've been in line for 20 minutes.

The lobby is clean and up to date. This is a bank on the edge of a bad area and it looks as nice as any bank in a better area. The employees are nice, the ATM is sleek and modern and overall, it's a good place to bank

Worst bank I've ever been too. Closed at 4 pm. Most of us work until 5 or later. They let me know they have 24 hour ATM, That ATM won't cash my checks..

I have been banking here for 4 years. They have never answered their phone. I have made appointments with a representative and have been stood up. They have long lines at the counter, I was told, this is why they don't answer the phone. Changing banks tomorrow.

Poor customer service and crowded all the time. There are better banks out there try one of them. Bank of America is awful!
