We LOVE Bar K! We live in North OKC but gladly make the trip downtown a couple times a month to visit. It's really clean, the staff are great and always on top of things, and the food/drinks are delicious, lots of variety! We also love the events that they host like photos with Santa.

What a fantastic place to go with your dog. We were on a road trip and stopped to get lunch for dog and humans. The park has all sorts of play areas for the dogs and food and drinks for both animals and their owners. Highly recommend and wish they were nationwide

I’ll try to keep this review more matter of fact than sappy, but every single visit to Bar K with my senior dog has been nothing short of perfection. On our first visit, we sat with Sophie on the restaurant side so she could safely watch the other dogs. She is a reactive dog, but our primary concern was the aggressive cancer she was recently diagnosed with. The mental stimulation was exactly what we were hoping to find. During that first visit, Britton approached to compliment us on how attentive we were to Sophie. We let him know the main reason we were on the restaurant side and he was so kind and empathetic. A few visits later, Michelle sat down to talk with me. She was so grateful we were able to continue to bring Sophie back. She gifted us with a few tokens and a hope that Sophie would return many times in the future. I don’t know if you’ve had a complete stranger show you love during one of the worst times of your life… but her kindness (and Britton’s continued kindness) brought me to tears. The staff on the restaurant side have no idea of my girl’s condition and they are patient, kind, loving, and so accommodating regardless. I am absolutely blown away by the huge hearts of everyone at Bar K. Britton, Michelle, and every single staff member has treated us with kindness and love. Dog lovers are a special type of person and this environment proves it.

Dog owners (or lovers) - Bar K is heaven on earth! I have an almost two year old corgi puppy with boundless energy. No matter how many walks and tug of wars we do, she never seems to settle down.I took her to Bar K so she'd have the opportunity to socialize and play with other dogs and was blown away by how many pups were there! Their indoor and outdoor spaces are HUGE with obstacle courses, pools, and everything else you can imagine. This place is a dog's dream come true. If you're worried about aggressive dogs, either, fret not. They have fully trained dog handlers making sure there are no bad interactions between our furry friends. This isn't just for the dogs though; Bar K has a full service bar and restaurant! It's a great place to come hang out with friends, meet other pet owners, or grab a beer or a bite to eat while your dogs play. Not to mention that they have a full menu for your pooches as well! They had a live band playing when we went and it was the perfect added touch, and they do community nights as well that are themed and super fun. I would love to get a membership here if I lived closer, but good for a day trip for me.

I bought a membership for my dog after the first visit! I have a 5-month-old puppy & we visit about 3 times/week. We love it here! The staff is friendly, we meet new people & pups with each visit. Lots of activities for both humans & canines. This has been a great addition to the Riversport Adventure area!! I'm super thankful for it!

This place was so cool in multiple ways. Not only can you order your dog food from the restaurant but there’s even an area they can eat with you! Plus an area you can get outa the heat and relax while the staff watch’s your dog play. I’m very picky with who I let take care of my dogs but this place answered all my questions and concerns. If I had to complain about something I would have to say the food I got was not good at all. The fried ice cream was super lame and the steak bowl I got, the steak was so chewy I had to give it all to my dogs. But again this place is a dog park first and a restaurant second. So I still recommend this place 100%Dog-friendliness: It’s a dog park so definitely dog friendly lol

I can never say enough good things about this place! We have been members since they opened and my dog, Koda can’t get enough! We go everyday, sometimes twice a day, and the staff always greets us with smiling faces! Koda is spoiled with all the love and attention from her favorite dog tenders and staff throughout the park!

We loved this place! Dogs, alcohol, food, and friends. This place is huge with plenty of activities for you to play and interact with your dogs. Everywhere without food dogs can roam free. Full menu available in leashed dog area. Our server Tanner was awesome and provided fast and friendly service. We ordered the fall soup special and chicken chili to start. Perfect for a crisp October night. The roasted broccoli appetizer was sweet, salty, and savory. Steak was cooked perfectly med-rare. Chicken bowl tasted better than chipotle. We will definitely be back again soon. If you go on a weeknight it is cheaper than the weekend!Restrooms: Restrooms at entrance. Also restrooms within indoor off-leash dog area.Dog-friendliness: Great place to enjoy a drink and food with pups. Lots of space for dogs to roam and play.

Membership service is not very good. Don't feel treated very well for being a member. It's close to $300 for the year so I would expect to be treated a little better. Ignored often. I gave this place multiple chances but I finally am over it.

This place was so much fun!! My 8 month puppy had the best time of his life! All the staff was so on board and paying close attention to all the interactions and were quick to intervene if anything called for it. They have great food and drinks too!! I will definitely be coming back

Man what a fun place to enjoy spending time with some fur babies. We came in and the moment we walked in we were welcomed with open arms, we did not even bring our dogs this time and it was a blast to see all the different breeds hanging out and playing. This is by far one of the coolest places downtown OKC especially if you are a dog lover. The food and drinks look really good as well.

My dog loves this place. She could stay there all day. We love that she can run and play freely with all the doggies. The staff is very attentive. It's also fun to have a drink when they play

Came here for my first Yelp Elite event and it didn't disappoint! Friendly and attentive staff. Great food and fantastic drinks. We had two different cocktails that we could try as part of the event and they were both phenomenal. I just wish I remembered what they were called. The food they put out for our event was really great. Definitely not your average blah bar food. There were several yummy options to choose from. There was even a table of human grade dog food for the people who brought their dogs to the event and it honestly looked delicious too lol. I hate to even use the words "dog food" because it was literally human food that was safe for dogs. They even send their food/recipes to Purina for review to ensure that the contents are safe for pup consumption. I thought that was pretty cool. The bar tables that they have set up outside are made by children in foster care. They're taught the skills they need to make them and they provide them to Bar K. The tables are very sturdy and have water bowl holders that flip up/down when using/not using. There's also a heavy duty carabiner hook that you can secure your dog's leash to, so you can hang out hands-free. These tables are really well made and good quality. Purchasing these tables is a great way to give back to the kids. And now to the doggos. There are so many places for the dogs to run and play, with or without your direct supervision. You can basically choose the area you want to use based on your comfort level. There are multiple indoor pens where larger and smaller dogs can play together and also separately. If you have a small dog and you want them to be able to play in a smaller area, there's a little pen for that as well. Outside there are many places in this 2 acre playground where the dogs can explore and play. There are obstacle courses, small hills, a splash pad, and all sorts of places for them to investigate. There is a bar outside where you can order food/drink and there is table service as well. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Now, the question you're all thinking - what if the dog goes potty inside or outside? Well, they have staff for that. When that happens, the staff comes by with a spray, which I assume is an enzyme breakdown type of spray, and they clean up the mess appropriately. There are constantly staff members walking around to make sure that all the areas are clean and tidy. When the owners would talk about Bar K, you could really see the joy in their faces. They're truly doing something they love, and it shows.Highly recommend coming here, with or without your doggo. OH, I almost forgot. One of the coolest things I learned during my visit was that they have events for certain dog breeds on Sundays. For example, one Sunday might be corgi day and tons of corgis will be there playing. The next Sunday might be husky day, and so forth and so on. How hilarious would it be to come on corgi day and see a bunch of squishy butts running around?!Anyway, try this place out! It's a great time whether you have a dog or not. They even have various membership options for you to choose from.

I worked here since the day they opened, and it has gone down hill since Feb 8th. I can't say anything good about working here. Its a total mess. As for coming as a costomer its not even better. They allow aggressive dogs into the park and do nothing about it when the dog acts out. The dogtenders aren't allowed to use the word "aggressive" when talking to dog owners because it might not "register" with the owner. I was blindsided by this place with all its colorful bells and whatever. You're hired to do a job, then you're not trusted to do that job, because those who dont even work with the dogs, "know more than those who do work with them". I'm just glad I got out before the ship totally sank. And I keep seeing more and more leave. I can't be the one who said "I told you so".. but when Conner left, I TOLD YOU SO!!!
