I ordered a king bed ,two night tables and a chest. Had to return it because of poor quality . Was very disappointed because I really like what I had pick. Hopefully I will reorder and get a better quality product.

Absolutely the worst customer service you will experience and even worse quality or furniture. I paid 6k for a couch ive had for TWO weeks and it is falling apart. The fabric looks like it is is 10 yrs old. Piling, loose threads, and snags everywhere. The back of the couch has exposed wood and batting. 10/10 do NOT purchase here unless you want to pay thousands for cheap quality and terrible service.

Terrible communication and customer service. An example of just one of the incidents with Bassett is that we have a chair that we waited 4-5 months for and they delivered it damaged and 2 months later it is still damaged. Called the store 5 times and no closer to any resolution. Stay clear of Bassett when furniture shopping.

My husband and I purchased a bedroom set in Aug 2021. We were quoted a delivery date at the end of October, well October came and went, November came and went and we got zero communication from Bassett. I reached out multiple times for updates and got very rude replies. We ended up finally getting our furniture 6 months later. The furniture have debts and chipped paint on multiple corners, gaps where 2 pieces of wood meet, and the drawer pulls move and have paint chipping off from underneath and around the drawer pull holes. Also, when we originally ordered the furniture the plan was to replace the drawer pulls to ones we liked better. Emily, from Bassett, quoted us $100-$200 with a company they recommended to fix the current hole and drill new ones. When we finally got the furniture and got a quote back from the company, it’s over $600 to do the work we were told would be $100-200. Bassett has not been helpful at all with recommending different companies or offering any kind of solution. They are continually rude to us on the phone. The furniture is expensive for the cheap work that they do. Would never recommend them to anymore looking for quality made furniture.

I went by over the weekend and had a horrible customer service experience. The door was wide open if there was a sign to wear a mask it certainly wasn't very visible because I didn't see it. The woman came over and got right on barraging us, we told her we didn't have masks she asked us to leave. We started walking towards the entrance and were already half way to the door from when she said I need to leave yet again and she raised her voice and started ranting about safety, clearly just personally upset I wasn't wearing a mask because there was literally no customers in the store at all. She then turned and walked off and was very emphatically shaking her head. Hopefully management will address this demeaning behavior and make it clearer that they require masks. I disagree with the mask mandates but am fine with leaving if a business requires them but there is no need to be treated like a criminal.

This is really nice looking furniture - the service was excellent and the pieces we bought a few years back have all held up really well. Worth the price.

I love Bassett's furniture but unfortunately my sales experience has been very poor. I ordered a sofa 16 weeks ago and was told it was ready and would be scheduled for delivery on October 30. Since then no one has been able to tell me where my sofa is or when I can actually expect to receive it. Multiple associates and the store manager have promised to call me back regarding this and to date I have not received a single call back. Today I was sent to a voice mail for an unknown person after asking for an update. The person who I was speaking with did not return my call. I've been told it's in Dallas, then Wichita and now it's in the void. More frustratingly I'm told I cannot simply pick it up and take it to my own home but instead am paying $250.00 dollars for the privilege of the worst delivery service on earth. It's not a huge order (~1500.00) and I understand I may not be the top priority based on that and that trucks need to be filled to meet delivery costs but after 112 days I expect at least a phone call. EDIT: After posting this I was told my couch is in OKC and they waived the delivery fee which is good of them and appreciated. Still waiting for a delivery date.

We've had such a great experience with Bassett over the past couple of weeks. Haley has been so good to work with, and was patient helping us while we went back and forth on different options and colors, and we found a living room setup that we love that fits within our budget. Highly recommend them!

I purchased a sectional from Bassett last month and from start to finish of my shopping experience I had nothing but positive things to say from this lovely store! It's conveniently located in Classen Curve and it's so nice because like most other furniture stores you have to park a mile away and immediately get greeted by shopping stalkers. This was NOT the case at all here i could park right in front and while you're immediately greeted here they also let you browse and enjoy shopping. Shopping for sectionals is hard it's almost like shopping for jeans you have to find just the right fit. Bassett was my first stop and i felt such a warm welcome from Emily. She knew exactly what i wanted and understood my taste to a tee. After visiting several other stores across the metro for sectionals i ended up coming back to where i first started! They offer great sales and some of their furniture lines has a guarantee of it being ready delivered to you in a turnaround time of 14 days! I was really sold on that idea because who wants to drop a few thousand dollars on furniture and then have to wait 8 weeks for it to be delivered. A little after a week of ordering i get a phone call from the store that they entered the wrong sku in so my sofa wouldn't be ready in the 14 day window i had already sold my old sofas and they knew this and even offered me a sofa on loan. Who does this? I was blown away by their kindness and multiple things they did to help justify the situation. While this situation could've gone sour real quick i was amazed at the excellent customer service both from Emily and the store Manager, Lorri. They were excellent and made me want to return to shop here even more. They offer everything from dining room tables, sofas, accent chairs to rugs, lamps and mirrors. Some of their items are pretty steep in price but like i said they offer pretty darn good sales. Overall excellent experience even the delivery guys were super sweet! I can't wait to return here to purchase some bedroom furniture.

If you're looking for expensive HGTV-style furniture, you'll love this place. It's just not my style.
