Owner is a grumpy old man. Went to pick up a vehicle for a customer and he swore it wasn’t there but I ended up finding it and I had a a gate code so I went to get it and he ran up on me cussing me out, slammed my door on me when I went to get out, he bowed up to me, called the law, he was arrested for assault, he didn’t even tell me who he was to the facility. Was hot out the gate, immediately was aggressive for no reason.

Very happy with everything about this place. Very clean and every area is well lit. Everything about the move in process was straight forward and to the point. After dealing with the "self secure storage" place and their joke of a company, this place was a weight lifted of my shoulders. The guy behind the desk was super cool and explained everything within 10 minutes. I also like how it's kinda tucked back behind the office and not very visible from the road. Im happy all around with Bella Storage.

I needed a large unit for my 26ft uhaul full of my belongings to store for one week until my house is ready to move in. They only had two units available and I thought they would work for my things. I spent 30 minutes signing two contracts for the two units and paid roughly 60.00 for two locks and one months rent on both units. Once I finally got to bring my truck around to the largest unit I quickly realized my things were not going to fit in the unit. I immediately called the office to ask if he had a parking spot for my truck instead as I would just extend my uhaul for the week instead of unloading and not being able to fit my things in the two units. They did not have any parking spots available and I was told they do not prorate so I would not be offered a refund. I never moved in and was inside the gates for all of 10 minutes. I find it absolutely ridiculous that you can't just cancel a transaction that just occurred 10 minutes prior. The lease process took forever and I had to fill out two leases on paper like it was 1999. I had to be charged twice once for one unit and the two locks and once for the second unit. I was in the office filling out paperwork longer than I was in the storage area. The office reeked of pot and the guy behind the desk was all over the place. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Very clean and able to drive around other vehicles with lots of space. The inside climate controlled units were kept clean and had no problems with the unit's storage door. Wide hall making it easy to bring larger items thru with little difficulty. First time using this facility so far the experience has been a good one.

There great you rent the size you want and pay on time every time and your good if you pay late then alate fee is a is charged not to bad they willingly work with you I think it's a good of them to do that for all the people that goes into this place.

I heard about Bella from my wife who's been going to the owner at Superior for decades (now I go too) and I've been so pleased with the help and service of Monica and Felicia Brown at Bella. I love the climate control units that they have and anytime I go, they are clean and the ladies are always friendly!
