Roaches everywhere as soon as I walked in. Was offed 2 other rooms both had roaches when I tried to get a refund was denied because it was over 15minutes since I checked in. It took 10minutes just moving from room to room. Stay clear of this

Nice rooms but a little too expensive in my opinion at $75/night being the lowest to pay per night. I got disturbed ALL DAY AND NIGHT the 2 nights I stayed by people banging on my door trying to find drugs.

Not a horrible hotel by any means. Fair priced & clean-ish. On my visit ? I don’t recommended making it a weekend, peace & quiet retreat. Cuz u WON’T get that. Also in my room the heater was SUPER LOUD & I asked the front desk if someone would look at it. No One ever showed. I gave it 2 stars , WELL?….cuz I’m a nice guy AND despite the issues & the Staffs snubbing? I look at it in a realistic view. IT COULD ALWAYS BE WORSE.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would. Nasty and dirty. Roaches in the tub, "AC" unit didn't have knobs and only blew hot air, it also had mold in it. Nothing was plugged in. TV didn't work. Only gave us one towel for four people. The list goes on and on. DO NOT STAY HERE!.

very accommodating, clean, friendly, helpful staff, and they do not allow someone to kick another person out of a room, do to the fact that one person paid but the person whom paid may not have been the person paying. most times than not. A person who has had their I'd stolen will be with someone whom has an id, that way, they may still rent a room if on holiday while it happens. I think policy's need to chsnge, maybe make thst person scan a finger, to prove identity, for s room stay, or charge a deposit fee where u normally wouldn't. But give it back as long as they didn't tear up, of smoke if it non cigarette smoking room. However the older generation that does go on holidsy, do smoke still. Just letting you hotels know this informagion, ok. Thank you, Have a wonderful stay.

I posted photos but they were removed I guess, there was blood on the bed and sheets. The tub was moldu and dirty. The room smelled horrible and the carpets were dirty. All in all I wouldn't have my dog stay here inside it was so disgusting. I have all the photos. The owner replies with a generic to bad we are usually amazing response from our guest. Knowing that this room was terrible I showed the photos. They don't care about thier serive or customers at all!!!

Very very sad to say the least. Clearly I know what motels are used for but my stay here was horrid. First night I stayed I had a young dude come to my room asking for a Victoria at first I didn’t think anything of it and then the following day another dude come to my room asking is Victoria here, then again last night another cracked out lookin dude comes asking is a white chick here with a dog? I work in hospitality for the Hilton so I know how 3rd party works but I most definitely will NOT be staying at this location, the one located on North I-35 by frontier city is far more less foot traffic and less sketchy

First off online on a Saturday night the price is $41 + tax.. well when you get there it's $62 after tax.. but your already there so you pay it... bad idea! Cause once you get in the room you feel like your a squatter in an abandoned house! The walls are all busted up.. the chair is so nasty it makes you wonder whats on the blanket that you just paid $62.00 to sleep on! If I could post picture's on here I would! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH!!

I don't have a high bar for places to stay, but this place is comfortably below it. No WiFi, suuuper sketchy neighborhood, bugs in the room as soon as I got in, musty smell, and I don't think the fridge even worked. Literally the only positive was that the AC unit worked. For 51$ I could have done much better. I'll just do some random Airbnb next time.

To be honest, this place DOES NOT deserve a one star. I HIGHLY recommend you spend the extra $30 to stay at the La Quinta or another hotel in that same vicinity. Originally I booked this room due to most hotels not taking more than 3 dogs. We own 5, three aussies, two pit bull mixes. My dogs wouldn’t even go into this hotel room thats how disgusting it was. I took three feet in, my asthma began to react so I immediately left went to the front desk and asked for another room. After getting one I went back and my significant other said “I don’t even feel comfortable here, there is some sketchy stuff happening so I called La Quinta and got us a room.” The La Quinta charged us the exact same price that this hotel did. Please save yourself a night of misery and spend the extra money. ABVI charged us $50 for our five dogs, and La Quinta charged us a flat $20.Our dogs are much cleaner than this hotel. The sad thing about this is they wouldn’t refund my $90. I hope they take that and use it towards actually updating their disgusting, below 1 star hotel. I will never stay in an ABVI or book a room at one of these hotels again. Below 1 start rating. Absolutely disgusting! Very disappointed.

The rooms were huge. The showers had such wonderful water pressure and the water was constantly hot. The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. They have cable and even our old favorite local news. The towels are wonderful and the wash rags are nice and thick. They even called the room if they saw us coming in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit OKC. ?

Not a fan. The room definitely had an odd odor. The writing on the wall....literally was pretty ghetto. The fact that the smoke detector was laying on top of the towel shelf and the wires hanging out of the wall tells me they really dont care much about their customers. Obviously they don't check the rooms out very closely after patrons leave. Not even worth 1 star but no stars was not an option. Im not one to leave bad reviews unless it is truly warranted....and this one is.

disgusting. wouldn't change my room. smelled horrid. leftover used medical supply stickers and qtips ashes and god knows what in the bedside drawers floors were not vacuumed. window was unsafe and "secured" with the curtain stick. refused to refund or switch rooms. if i could give negative stars i would. I will be contacting the media. i was discriminated against based on the fact that I had paid a cheaper rate through a third party online site. stay far away from this place.
