Filed a complaint against Microsoft and they replied saying that someone from their billing department would be in touch. I accepted the response but NO ONE has tried to reach out. And BBB has closed the complaint. No wonder microsoft is currently looking for current gen game developers and they are all working for Sony. Microsoft already gave me the run around and even hung up on me. Terrible corporation. I'm giving BBB a one star cause they are also non co.pliant on this issue. I bought 2 microsoft gift cards that were already redeemed after scratching off the code. How shady is microsoft to hang up on me....I'm holding BBB accountable since nothing g had become of this issue

I would not recommend them, they protect the company more than the victim, have to sue the company and the employee that scammed me

I can't fix cars so I cherish the craft that goes into making the final product. I should never be driving a Cadillac, much with less than 100k. I believe car dealers are "misplacing" hiding them over state lines for an easy 2 weeks paycheck of a working citizen finders door dash fee. There is no inflation if minimum wage is still $8.00ish. We are overcharging ourselves. I'm 45 years old and probably will purchase no more than 3 more cars before I'm lucky strike enough happily from all this greed where every child has the SUPREME equality [?love]2be happy as a wealthy family. I"m looking for 2008-20013 Cadillac CTS or wagon sport of same years for 10k. I believe there are at least a dozen here in Oklahoma. I don't sue.... America or Americans... Everything we retail has been bicycled tax 1000% tare-if.... ?

BBB is just an organization. It’s not any type of government or force. They charge companies to be members and those that aren’t have no reason to respond to their request or your complaints. Just a waste of time like most things.

I received a call, and I automatically thought it was a spam pushy people to try to make you buy something. However, it was a young lady named Brittany, which identified herself in a very pleasant voice, smooth, which caught my attention to hear what she had to say, she explained what she was calling for in a very professional manner and convincing manner, and Ended up becoming a member of the BBB. She has a good skill with her voice and sales technique. She is an asset to your company. Thank you again, Brittany

They are for the companies not the consumer. Their replies are full of condemnations and unprofessional all in effort to help the companies. They do absolutely nothing to help anyone they are a useless organization

Beware of this company....they will say what ever they have to get you to sign up with them then do nothing they promise...when you call to cancel make sure you get some kind of conformation from them other wise they will come back and say you didn't cancel and continue to charge your card. I canceled in October 2023 and they charged me even after and refused to refund my card.

I don't even know how to start Please anybody planning to do business with this company? Read the better business reviews from Oklahoma. Read the ones from Colorado and definitely. Read the ones from Florida. because if I told you the whole problem I've had with this company. It would take 3 or 4 days. I have fought with them for 9 months They are absolutely horrible people to try and deal with. They damaged the stucco on my home. When I told them about the damage they never even sent nobody over When they installed a new meter and then now they want to charge me $2800 for the meter. They broke the stucco all around the old meter and just left. the only way I found out about it is my local code enforcement guy in Rockville. Colorado pointed it out to me They didn't even bother to tell me Then the salesman Ryan told me if I would sell any of these solar systems. They would give me a $500 referral bonus Whatever you do, don't fall for that.. Well, I referred everybody up down the street and literally. . Ryan, the salesman blocked us on his email. So we could no longer dispute this stuff with him. When you have a problem and you call small town solar. They blame everbright when you call everbright. They point fingers at small town solar. I still haven't got a place to send my payments to I still haven't got a packet. They promised me 5 or 6 months ago. Keep all this in mind, please. You do not want to go through what i've gone through

Bbb is not what it needs to be they charge so much a year for business to be accepted to the bbb and they let who ever post reviews on business I get you can not make all customer's happy no matter what you do it's the price you pay as a business owner but don't let customers threaten you and they have no clue who they are are anything the world we live in today is crazy
