The two gentlemen were professionally and swift. The chair looks just like what we saw in store. I was surprised there was no packaging on it to keep it clean or to keep it from being damaged. Also disappointed it didn't come with a manual for connecting it to the TV or to show me how to use all the features. Hopefully my husband can figure it out when he gets home from work.

I purchased a set of power reclining living room furniture approx 2 years ago. It took several weeks for each piece to arrive separately. within a few weeks of use the sofa failed, the left hand seat sank because the frame was bent. also the loveseat had a moderate amount of sinking due to the same issue. the repairman came out to fix them, and he told me he was not able to do anything to correct the loveseat as it was not out of spec. the sofa had parts ordered which took several months before he was able to have a tech come back and fix. after it was fixed I didn't use any of the furniture for several months. once furniture was put back in service it didn't last but a few months before the same issue arose again. bob mills has not been willing to help me and has been quite rude. I bought the extended warranty, they are only willing to kick the bucket down the road to the warranty company. the furniture is clearly not suitable for me. I have purchased better furniture and had better customer service from Discount stores such as Bog Lots.

My fiancé and I went in, just looking to window shop as we're planning to move soon. The workers followed us EVERYWHERE. We could not shop on our own without one or two of them trailing behind us, and pretending not to look at us when we turned around. We're a young couple and short so we look a lot younger than we are, so we felt like they were judging us. It was such an uncomfortable environment so we moved on to the next furniture store.

Excellent customer service. We had an issue with the dresser. I called them and they just replaced it without any problems. Delivery and sales staff polite, careful and very helpful.

My new sit to stand recliner was delivered in a timely manner as I shall need it for upcoming shoulder surgery. The guys placed it in my living room where I asked then and ensured that it was fully functional. This is a new line of chairs made in the USA! Very pleased with the quality!

The process of buying new living room furniture from *** Mills was so easy. Very friendly & helpful sales staff. We took our time & looked at, sat on, discussed each set we were interested in. They were very patient & answered all questions. The delivery process was equally pleasant. They gave us exact information when they would arrive & were very friendly & respectful of our home when bringing in & setting up.

The power recliner sofa that we purchased didn't sit well, the cushions were defective. Both bottom cushions leaned to one side after a few months. (We are not heavy people both are 160 lbs) They sent a repairman and he ordered new seat cushions. Another few months later and again, the same issue. The sofa is less than 1 year old, and this is the worst sofa we have ever owned. I requested service in December and we are still waiting and its February. SMH. They won't replace the defective sofa that isn't their policy. We are looking to buy another new sofa now, to replace this piece of junk... My recommendation: Don't buy from Bob Mills, they don't stand behind their products.

5 stars. *** was super efficient. He actually delivered the set originally. Said it was his first day back then so remembered us. So good to see a company that is there not only for the sale but after too for their customers and their employees
