From the moment I walked in the door, my experience was great. Ethan, my salesman, had a positive, outgoing, and joyful attitude, making the whole process a pleasure. I also added some aftermarket items, and both the parts and service departments worked together to get everything ordered and installed smoothly. If you're looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Bob Moore GMC—they really take excellent care of you.

I have never had an issue before with sale side or even the service agents but today we brought in our truck for a free oil change in which we were sent a coupon from bob moore. But apparently it doesnt specify on there thats its free it just says diesel oil change. So the advisor got his manager involved in which he was very short tempered and said he would offer us 10%. I told him I had several other coupons the exact same way and he said congratulations and walked away. Super disappointed after spending over 150k with them for the service manager to act that way. When your a manager your supposed to be able to handle situations and upset customers. I hope his day gets better along with his ability to manage people and situations.

It was great, Trevor was amazing! Told all my friends if they are in the market for a car go see Trevor. Horrible follow up they screwed up paperwork finally made it right. Now 2 yrs later Jeff keeps sending me texts wanting me to purchase another car…. NEVER again!!!! WOW received 4 more texts from bob moore gmc buick AFTER I told them not to contact me. Loser plsce pls shop anywhere else!!!!! Wow so very ignorant people at bob moore… I just got a 5th text from these jerks. Will never buy from bob moore!! Guess they arent smart!!!!!!!!

Service department always take very good care of me and Vanessa. The service writer has the best interest in making sure everything is done right the sales department. I have worked with Trevor on two vehicles and he is wonderful.

I was looking for a car for my girlfriend. I just pulled in saw the perfect car. Gave my information to Ziek. 10 minutes later he said you can take it today. I didn’t have time that day but I told him will be back to get it tomorrow. He never once bothered me about showing up on time. Our scheduled time was for 6 pm on Saturday. By 8 pm I drove the car home. That simple. When they say no Hassle, they mean no Hassle

Bob Moore GMC sent and advertisement to my email stating they would buy a 2017-2024 used vehicle for 125% of its KBB fair trade in value. Not only did they not honor this advertisement they offered me 7k less than fair trade in value and said that what my vehicle was trading for at dealer auctions. Which is not what their advertisement said. I was then informed that the new vehicle I was considering was going be sold to me at sticker price rather than their online price. Which was $15k less than sticker and I would be required to pay their $2K dollar Bob Moore Package. I was told that this is implied in their advertisement. Yet they still never offered me fair trade in value for my clean still under warranty vehicle. Needless to say I will no longer be doing business with Bob Moore.
