The worst service ever Emily who was working at that time on 44th and May she messed it all up my granddaughter was wanted to activate her phone And asked if I ported my services from cricket to them did I qualify for a new I phone ? She took it upon herself to port my number with from cricket to boost without my consent and still charged my granddaughter $186 dollars and my granddaughter walks out with my phone not working and no I phone 🙄Then I had to go cricket they couldn’t help me so I had to call cricket myself to get it straightened out in which cricket charged me $25 to get my number from boost it took 24 hrs before they got my phone up and running again 🫤 and today Sunday the girls from boost on 44th and May same store I went to called me to ask me if I got phone back on they laughed at me and hung up So UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH THAT BOOST STORE 44th AND MAY 🤬😡And to those 2 liI young girls will get ahold of y’all’s manager !!!!!

This has been the worst experience I've EVER HAD WITH A PHONE CARRIER!
I bought the sim card in the store was warned since I didn't have my phone with me that I might have been paying for nothing. Did it anyway,only to set on the phone with the activation department and to get $28.00 charged to my account and then find out that I couldn't have a phone number or be activated for 24 hours and now here it is 5 days later still getting the run around from everybody I call and out $40 bucks. So in my opinion ever since t mobile joined boost, this company has down graded in phone service, products and customer care. Thanks for nothing boost! The only reason I give 1star is for the review to be posted!

Yehira at the store if I-44 and May was given a last minute request to process and set up my new iPhone. She almost had it complete when I arrived and then helped me transfer from one phone to another. I have had cell phones, many since 1991 and dealt with many Techs. She is faster and more efficient than any I have experiencedTruly a gem of an employee that should go far in whatever her path holds

The Customer Service there is horrible! Woke up this morning and my phone won't turn on.... Went up there for help, she picked up my phone a said "Oh, is this a Stylus 6, I'm not surprised it's not working, they have been blowing up in people's faces, they aren't even manufacturing them anymore..." I asked her what I need to do to get a working phone she told me to file a claim. I asked what the insurance deductible would be, she still never looked up my account, she said call them. I asked what deals were going if I were to just do my own line, she said I'd have to buy a new phone or "Go to another company" . Wow, so their own customer service representative, told me to go to a different company, and never did anything to helpe solve the phone problem. Her only effort was to push the power on button. The guy just sat there like he did with the customer before me.???

what's very good the girl there was there was a real nice and she helped me with everything that I need. Well, the girl who was there took great care of me and helped me with everything I needed.
