We received such great service from Vealerie the store manager. When all else failed she provided comfort and understanding during a difficult situation with customer service when seeking support. She made us feel valued and cared for as a valued customer. We almost left boost, but due to her great service we will be long time customers now. Thanks Vealerie!

Avoid this location, they are unprofessional and open and close the store whenever they want to. I waited for 30 minutes at 2 in the afternoon for them to come back from "lunch". Like the other reviews I suggest going anywhere but here.

I'm so grateful for Ashley. She is very patient and understanding when it comes to helping with phones. She got my phone back working when the other lady didn't even try. The other lady was impatient and rude. I didn't get the other ladies name but she has a orangish/red car that she was sitting in when I pulled up and she was mad that I interrupted her smoke break. Then when I asked her to help with my phone she had an attitude about it and then told me she didn't know how to and that I needed a new phone. I came in today to get the information to change companies. If it wasn't for Ashley I would have left and went elsewhere.

Please what ever you do avoid this store at this location. The Manager is very unprofessional, Rude, and Ghetto it's very sad. She even speaks to the customers with an attitude. She had a sign on the door saying that she will be gone for 15 minutes and the lady was gone for 28minutes total then she sped back up. And all hell broke lose she said this is my store I am the manager, she couldn't even manage the place she couldn't even assist a beautiful elderly white couple very well let alone me. #Manager Marrisa

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!Worst service ever!!! Manager Marissa is very unprofessional, and has no customer service skills. Needs to be fired. Not only did she screw my account up, I was witness to another customer that she did the same to. Not only will I never go back, I'm leaving Boost because of this one location.
