Their is a lady that work in 1104 n.e. 36th okc location, she is very rude all around. She has short gold, blonde, or yellow hair. I can't remember right off bat because she made me so angry, I had to leave out the store. Rude, rude, rude and ghetto. I was trying to come in to help my friend . I think she thought I was coming back in the store to tell her about herself but I was calm but she was making smart comments and just being rude. You need someone else working in this store. You will lose business at this store. Kelle Taylor is the managers name that worked this location and she was very unprofessional. Please get a new manager at this location a.s.a.p

The customer service was very good gave 3 stars because my ACP benefit was not properly processed in the store in July 2023 I guess the approval number wasn't submitted or connected to my mobile number/account so I have been having to pay regular bill due for 2months. ACP told me come to the store and have it corrected it's not hard to do but just difficult due to being disabled bcuz I don't have transportation or make it bus stop to get there.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had. Not the staffs fault, they apparently were only given two days of training and had only been there two months before being expected to run the store alone. The tech for some reason couldn’t port my number over and then wanted me to login to my att account to verify it was active which I’ve never been asked to do when switching or beginning phone service. After spending two hours there I asked them to cancel the activation and refund my money. They didn’t even know how to process a refund so I had to come back the next day and even then the staff had to call management to approve the refund. Then because they didn’t properly cancel the port transfer I wasn’t able to port my number over to Cricket until I called the store and customer service multiple times to cancel the multiple transfer requests they’d made.

The Young lady At The BOOST STORE on 36th St. OKC WAS "Amazing and Fabulous All In One. I couldn't ask for better customer service!! It was truly a great experience because she made everything Plain and Simple. The Store on 36th St. In O.k.c. IS OUTSTANDING!!!!

I love this one, however the city needs to do better by this place and surrounding businesses. I've lived in Edmond, Moore, and a few other places and they've never had these issues.Kudos to the workers because they work with what they have and get it done. They deserve so much better though. Just goes to show that some communities are prioritized over others. SHAME!!!
