Reserved a car, went in the pick up the next day and was told my car had been cancelled. They couldn’t verify it was me who cancelled. I think they ran out of cars and I’d need to wait 2 hours for a new reservation. Worse experience with a rental car company ever.

Rented from Budget for the second time, and the location was very professional and took great care of my needs. The process was smooth, the staff was helpful, and I had a great experience. I would definitely rent from this location again.

NEVER use Budget and definitely NEVER go to this location. Dirty, disgusting, rude, unprofessional, and will take your reservation and then tell you they don't have a car.
