Great place to shop for clothes and the house

This is just not a good store. First, unless youe getting clothing, everything else is damaged or broken! A ton of things are messed up and messy, a few just down right gross. Boxes tapped up because ripped, tags no where to be found, and nothing where it should be. There was not one bit of organization in that entire place! Also there were lots of thing just on the floor.
Second, the stuff here is just low tier, sure they have named brand, but it's all just the lame extras the name brand stores didn't want anymore. Also there was a overwhelming amount of bluey, stitch, and grinch stuff.
And third to top it off, there was not a single second where there wasn't a child/baby crying or screaming. That gets very annoying after 5 minutes, let alone 2 hours!!
Also it was just hot as hell the entire time there. I would not recommend going to this store, just go to the regular brand stores. I will hopefully never coming back here again!

This store has no restrooms for customers. I would love to stay and shop but I have to leave due to no restroom

Does not open at 8am like the signs online and on the doors say. Kind of irritating to get all the way here and then the store isn’t even open.

I rarely go to Burlington Coat Factory , but I was in the area and just moved to Mustang. I needed a new heavy blanket for my bed and a new coat. The store was clean and well laid out. Security at the door was nice as was other associates I talked to , very friendly. I found a great selection of quilts / blankets. I got a London Fog Sherpa Blanket in Queen Size for $27 plus tax. It’s nice and heavy and It’s blue like I was looking for. It’s like a plaid pattern. I’ll be back later for a jacket. I didn’t have time today to really go through them.

I wish they had a bigger section for big guys. I wear a size 16 in shoes and 5XL in shirts. They have a section but it's never a lot, which is sad because I love going to Burlington for my clothes and shoes more than any clothing store. They are affordable and actually have a nice variety of different styles to choose from.

Stood in line for 30 minutes while 3 employees helped one customer! Poor customer service. They are rude every time I’m in that store. I wish I keep put zero stars. Ridiculous!

The greeter at the front is super friendly. I had a horrible morning and was looking for retail therapy and he put a smile on my face. Sir I just left the worst dr I have ever seen and you made it a better day. Plus I got some great deals.

Disgusting behavior from the security staff. The small little security blocks the entrance to the store and treats you like a criminal by telling you to take off your glasses and look at the camera like its a police lineup. Took my money elsewhere where im not treated like a thief the moment I walk in. The store is also full of full unstocked merchandise on metal carts just in the way randomly around the store. Nobody here is working and to have such attitudes is disgusting and hope they get fired. Its a clearance store calm down nobody is gonna steal socks. 😐

Poor and lack of customer service there was a nice young lady obviously in need of help maybe a new employee stuck working by herself with a very long line while all the other employees watched her work with out even asking if she needed assistance or help. And she obviously did
