Called and the phone was answered quickly. The woman explained when to come in for an assessment and what to bring. She was patient and explained everything. She even told me to plan to be there a few hours. Super friendly helpful staff

Couldn't find any information about when they actually do assessments drove all the way up here to see about doing an assessment... Because they wouldn't answer the phone,.... To be left calling a number locked outside multiple times until somebody answered to be told to come back in a different time... Just another profiteer offering disservice to people forced here by the state...

This place is very unprofessional! If you’ve been sent here by a probation officer or anything of the sort please ask if they have any other options for you. They don’t keep records, they never have anyone working there for more than a month which also makes it hard to keep track of stuff, and half the time the people are rude. I understand fully that you’re dealing with people that have been in and out of jail, addicts, or whoever but that is still
no reason not to treat them with respect. If you think you’re gonna go through their 12 step program and be done, you won’t.. since they have no records you’ll be done in maybe 8 months and that’s if they locate your file. I’m not the one dealing with them directly but I have been to a similar prorgam and it was a breeze. Just please take all other options into consideration, unless you don’t mind the unprofessionalism that they will prvoide you.
