Chad has helped me several times and he is awesome! He gave me a ride home too after I dropped my car off. He always explains everything to me, give me estimate completion dates, and goes above and beyond! He is such a good guy. He even put seat covers on for me! Plus a part came in at the last minute and he had it put on so I could get my car back on the day I was supposed to. They do super quality work, as well. I recommend the NW Expressway location highly!

Several days after the repair for hail damage, when I attempted to fill up with gas I found the cable was no longer connected to the fuel latch & I could not open it to fill up. I was stranded in Lockhart in 100 degrees. When I returned the car to Caliber the repair was done quickly but I was informed they didn’t cause the issue. That was insulting considering I was directed to fill up the tank before dropping off the car. That was the last thing I did before turning it over to Caliber. It was certainly working then!

As a GEICO authorized service center Caliber Collision did an excellent job providing customer service and a flawless repair. They even helped facilitate the rental car.

First time I went to get a quote, they told me I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment a week later since that's how busy they were. When I got there they could not get me the full quote. I had videos and potcures as well if the inside of my bumper that was damage. They said until they take it apart they can't quote. Wasted my 2 days with them. Don't bother with them.
