“I have been purchasing carpet and wooden floors from RCO since the middle 1980's. I just had them install new carpet in my home and they, if anything, have gotten better over the years. The store is a pleasure to shop in, and the sales persons are great. It was obvious that a satisfied customer is their primary goal. The installers were great also. “Wonderful experience from start to finish.
We needed to match tile that’s no longer made, but Misty was great. She found options that were close. Scheduling was easy, and Pedro did a fantastic job with the installation. The whole process felt seamless and low-stress.
The only thing I would note is the charge for furniture moving when we did the bulk of it ourselves. I was surprised that only one person showed up, it was a two-person job. That part felt a little off, but it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. The floors look beautiful, and we’re really happy with the result!”
“Shelly (hope I spelled that correctly) was the friendliest and most helpful person I talked to today. I had been to 3 other local tile companies and had to beg for help and felt they didn't want to help or even try and look for options. Shelly had just came back from a break and still had her purse on and was helping me. She tried to offer solutions for a repair job that I can't find the same tile for and really tried to find me the closest options. I will be going there once I decide on my plan.
