“This guy's are fast! Gustavo came out the same day I called, found carpet that matched the existing carpet and scheduled installers to come out the next day. I never would have thought service would be this quick with carpet installs but Haley's Flooring, Kitchen, and Bath made it happen. I was in the middle of a difficult situation after a contractor left my home in disarray with unfinished work, damage, and a timeline that had completely fallen apart. Through a trusted industry referral, I was connected with Bobby and his company, and that changed the course of the project almost immediately.
Bobby stepped in without hesitation, assessed the situation quickly, and brought in a capable crew. Just as importantly, he restored a sense of order and professionalism that had been missing. “Our first step was a visit to the store where Nick spent hours with us helping us to choose the right carpets for our one bedroom and three closets. They had a wonderful selection and Nick was able to show us the right quality, fiber and look that we wanted.
Jim was able to come out to measure very soon. We wanted the carpets installed two weeks from when we looked at them in the store. They were able to get all three carpets in and install them in our short timeline. Ken and Austin did a beautiful job, they helped us move some of the heavier furniture and they cleaned very well after the install. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was the fourth company I visited looking for carpet and, by far, they were the best and the nicest to work with. We will be working with them again!”
