I called to see how much, if anything, this store charges for air for vehicle tires. The person was nice, but this store charges for air and she thinks it is broken.

The evening associate at this convenience store consistently provides excellent customer service. She is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. On several occasions, she has assisted me with the rewards program and is always aware of current promotions and sale items. Her professionalism and positive attitude make each visit a pleasant experience.

I placed an order for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered at 833. I just received my order at 920. I understand things get busy, but if you cannot handle the amount of orders, turn off delivery. I went through 4 dashers before someone was willing to wait long enough. I usually have no issues, but this was insane.

Some of the sweetest ppl work at this location. But Casey’s as a whole is so rough. Something is always not working, out of order, or they are out of it. The store model is pinching Pennies. They never have enough of anything, then they run out for days at a time. Sometimes longer. At least one day a week. The POS SYSTEMS are completely down. I wish they would just do better as a business.

I like their pizza by the slice but that's about it. It seems there's always a wait or a line. Tonight like other nights they've locked the door 15 minutes early for some reason. They already close way too early! 7-Eleven here I come...

They used to be good, both quality and service. The last few months food service was horrible. The first time I noticed it was when I went to pick up my order an hour before the food side closed and they were already breaking down the fryers and cleaning them. As a consequence, I didn't get the wings on my order. The most recent time is tonight. They weren't that busy and my order was 15 minutes behind the eta.

Did a propane exchange and purchased a new tank 8/18 went to use one of the tanks 8/25 and found it was defective unable to use swap over to the other tank that was purchased which was fine went to just swap out tanks with defective tank which can’t be done without manager approval so paid AGAIN still no receipt giving for that transaction either poor customer service have been going to this Casey’s for 4+ years no issues and I won’t be back I’ll just go to the 7/11 across the street ??
