I was traveling through & stopped by to get gas, snacks & drinks. Met a lady named Lucy that works there she was very friendly & helpful great customer service. She informed me about the Casey's app which I think is great the store & bathroom was very clean! I really can see Lucy doing great things within your company she really needs to get recognized for the great customer service she provided me & my family. If I ever travel back through I will definitely stop back by hoping to see Lucy as part of the management team!!!

The fourth or fifth time I have been there waited on by some young kid with dark hair is on his phone texting instead of helping me with get my payment done. I had to say stop looking at your phone and look at what's going on here! OMG what this world coming to??? I guess now they are pushing towards Apps . If you want good service go through the app.? Because we as a company can't help with the help we get, Our service is awful and we can't help it anymore it's the new lazy generation some kids were raised in.

Came in today to get a bite to eat and something to drink around 3 pm this afternoon. Wanted the blackberry Dr pepper but it was out. We let the cashier know but she did nothing and the other guy behind the counter just stood there on his phone. I guess when you are a corporate business the employees don't care much about customer service.

First time in a Casey's. One ice maker and two fountain flavors out of order. Very nice staff.

Casey’s have the most inconsistent service with the pumps, most of them are either bagged or the pump itself does not work. So disappointing.

Only come here for the gas that's if the pumps are even working. Went inside to get my usual breakfast burrito and a drink that I get from down the road at the other caseys. This locations burritos are twice as small as any other location and not as good quality, at the register the lady with a mask and arm thing? was trying to scan items in my hand before I even got to the counter, didn't offer to bag my several items and just stared blankly at me the whole time. It was a very odd interaction and I've been here other times before with the same person at the register and is always the same. I love caseys but this one's vibe is very dark as soon as you step inside...

Casey's is a solid gas station with clean pumps, a well-stocked store, and friendly staff. It's great for a quick stop to fuel up and grab essentials.

The staff are always rude, and most of the time, something is always broken. It's really sad when 7-Eleven has higher standards than Casey's.
