Well heres an update, my car broke down on me so i walk up here in the rain to purchase an uber card to get to work, and since there isnt a manager here, they cant sale me one until one gets here at 8 am. Ill never understand it. If a manager is the only person who is allowed to sale it then a manager should always be there. I mean its an uber card, gas stations should always be able to sale them. Its the same way across the street at 7eleven, there is no manager on overnights. What is one to do in the middle of the night and say their car breaks down? Well in oklahoma it seems your going to have to walk the streets alone at night, because gas stations only sale uber cards when a manager is on duty.
says open on line, and they always tell me they open at 5 a.m. when I ask... yet here I am sitting outside for 40 minutes waiting for to open at 6 like the employee told me they were. I guess I should of called the store first to get confirmation first?

07/18/25 went in at approximately 11:20 to get gas and accumulate points with the Casey’s rewards. No one at the register but 3 employees behind the other counter making food and talking could 100% see me. Someone finally addressed me as I was walking out after waiting long enough to be at the least acknowledged. Went across the street to 7/11 much better service even though a tiny bit more expensive. Sucks to suck

I’m a door dash driver went here to pickup a pizza for a customer the guy making the pizza had his back to the front ear buds in and never acknowledged I was even there….The order wasn’t started until I arrived…The lady who seemed to be managing the food area passed by me twice and never aclskes if I had been helped or anything…
She acted like I wasn’t even there….

Went in at 8:40 and was told by the female Gas Station achievement that she just cleaned the restrooms and they were closed. They would reopen again tomorrow so we left to get our gas and drink elsewhere won’t be back.

Ordered a pizza came to pick up pizza. I had to wait while he was outside talking to his friend. Then he came in claimed there was no order. My boyfriend called and told him what he wanted and he said it would be 15 minutes we left and came back and he still didn’t start the pizza. Then my boyfriend came in started asking why the pizza didn’t get made and the employee starts cussing us out. Then wants to blame us. SMH. Maybe not being outside and be inside where you’re supposed to be working. Not once did I see this employee wash his hands. The worse experience ever at a Casey’s. This one won’t get my business again. I buy food, cigarettes, gas and much more from here and I won’t again.

The atmosphere would have been better if the dope heads wart hanging around outside trying to get free biscuits and free donuts and digging in the trash the people here really good I love everybody here they treat me very well but it's a nuisance when you have to pass all the dope heads and money beggars to get into the store they need a security guard here to protect the workers because their hassled all the time about drinks and their cussed at and it's just crazy .

Went in to retrieve my drink reward from recent contest. Young man did not have a clue that there was a contest. Then he demanded I show a bar code to get reward. Tried to tell him that was not how it worked. I had saved reward on my Casey's app. He needed to ring up and I enter my phone #. He wouldn't listen. WILL NOT BE BACK!!P.S. We bought gas.

New manager that drives that dirty Journey that is always parked by the door does not possess active listening skills at all. I called to make a simple complaint that could've taken 2 minutes, but her incompetency to listen and comprehend made the conversation go another direction. This is why staying in school is so important, I will express my purpose in person as she requested. Store stays dirty, like her Journey. TRY CLEANING THE REFRIGERATORS AND THE BEVERAGES WILL NOT TASTE LIKE IT CAME TO WORK IN HER DIRTY JOURNEY. BRING BACK THE OLD MANAGER, Skinny nice lady with black hair PLEASE
