Horrible service came in and bought some head phones left and figured out they weren’t going to work for me came back in and the younger guy working was rude about me trying to return them then called a manager and she “yelled” at him and he thanked me for that then told me he can’t do anything to come back tomorrow, but unfortunately I get on a plane in the morning and can’t come back just out 25$ for some crappy headphones! Horrible service don’t go.

This Casey's is almost always a terrible experience. I only come here because it's just around the corner from me and convenient, or at least it should be. Don't expect to come here for a quick stop if there's more than 3 customers in the store or the cashiers happen to be away from the registers. Most of them are also quite rude and impersonable, and too concerned with what's going on with their phones. When they have to take care of a customer they act like it's a burden.
Secondly, don't get the pizza here. I normally enjoy Casey's pizza, but this location just can't seem to get it right. The majority of the time I've noticed it's sat out well longer than the "enjoy by" time printed on the sticker. It's also not being cooked long enough to the point where the crust still looks doughy and the cheese looks bright white with a plastic consistency. There also seems to be a reoccurring issue where half of the pizza slice is just crust without sauce or cheese or anything. Or sometimes it's the opposite with the toppings and cheese piled up so thick that the crust can't even hold it. It looks like they took an old slice, piled more on top and just reheated it. They're pretty much out of whatever you would like to drink and it seems like them stocking anything is a rare occurrence.
The parking lot and gas pumps are also a nightmare. They are out of order a lot of the time and there's never any water or squeegies to clean your windshield.
It's near impossible to get into the door from your car without being harassed by the hordes of homeless people that congregate in the parking lot or camp directly next to the door to ask for money while they smoke cigarettes. They hang out inside the store acting strung out and stealing stuff too.
You're just better off overall going somewhere else.

This store is walking distance from my home. I often times try to avoid it due to bad customer service, employees not inside the store to check you out but instead smoking cigarettes outside, long waits to be checked out and crowded lot, not greeted upon entering, low stock on common items. I saw the manager in plain clothes sagging one day using profanity. I prefer to travel an additional 10mins to a gas station to avoid these consistent experiences. Casey's is a hood store in disguise. Just go to Oncue

Google says they're open 24 hours but i came at 5am and the doors are locked with three people in there. They all looked at me for 5 minutes before coming out to say they need at least 20 more minutes just to count their till. You aren't open 24 hours if you're closed for 30+ minutes every morning

Gas pumps have OOO signs on them, store is never stocked, I only got a fountain drink from that store once and it had floaties in it, and it currently has “Cash Only” signs up. I honestly don’t know why it’s even open especiallysince there’s one across the bridge and it’s waaaay better. CLOSE IT!!

Filled up, paid at the pump, and was charged twice for the same tank of gas plus an additional $1 charge. Called to ask for a refund and was told to call corporate. Corporate told me to dispute the charge with my bank. A refund seemed simple enough. Disputing the charges and having to get a new debit card because of potential fraud with the $1 charge. Disappointed at the lack of concern and customer service.

Best Mozzarella on pizzas in Western Oklahoma. I like there sausage pizza. We usually will stop in ElReno on the way back from OKC and get a large for the ride home. Don't forget your free packets of Parmigiana cheese and Red Pepper flakes.
