Diet soda drinkers, Make sure you pay attention to fountain drinks here... workers will hook up regular soda if they are out of the diet, I brought it up to a worker, she made an excuse about having to hook something up because something with their CO2 machine. (I tested the drink with my test strips, and then had a worker check, he confirmed they had regular hooked up to it, and the manager (I believe) at the register is the one who said it was something about the CO2. I told them that's actually really dangerous for diabetic people (not me, I just prefer diet).

5 stars. 11-29-25 at 8:30 I ordered a pizza that changed my life. Dude that made it made it with love or somethin. Idc that it’s gas station pizza it’s damn good pizza and whoever that dude was that made it needs a bonus.

Gas pumps don’t work. The pumps are nasty. When talking to clerk.. he said he didn’t know anything.. completely oblivious. I wouldn’t go here.. I know it’s just a gas station but it is sketch..

Not going to use Casey's anymore. Every item we looked for in the store was sold out and so were the next best items. The items I did purchase were over priced even by convenience store standards. Clerk was busy talking to the only other customer her Co worker and that was a very very slow transaction. No receipt offered, they were out of pennies and so they short changed their customers. That should be the title of this post. Casey's short changes customers.

Just had the worst experience with some new employee (short curly hair). Brought my own cup for water as I have been doing for years and was told I had to be charged almost $2 for water, even though its my cup. They were so incredibly rude that I will avoid this location from here on out. Kept popping off at me that water is not free and has never been free.

This store seems to never have paper in the receipt printer at the pump. I went inside to get the receipt and there was a line of people and one clerk. She was tied up helping an elderly gentleman with his phone app while the line of customers waited. I left without my receipt. We love Casey's but something is wrong at this store.

The gas price and pump was good. The area was clean and well-kept. I needed to clean my windshield and the bucket with liquid was empty and no squeegee available. Went to the next pump, there was a squeegee but no cleaning liquid/water. It was completely dry

I tapped my card to use Apple Pay and their machine froze. The women at the counter told me repeatedly to put in my PIN numbers staring at me aggressively. She watched me put in my pin (big issue) and then she tried to correct me condescendingly repeatedly. After that I put ten dollars on the pump. When I got to my car there was no 10 dollars on the pump and when I went back in the lady was talking to another worker “he did something stupid with his card” talking about her mistake. And then they were extremely condescending and rude telling me to go back out for the ten dollars.

I needed gas and ice so I stopped by this Casey's location at 10807 N Council rd since I was on the north side. After pumping gas I headed inside, I was disappointed after seeing the sign on the door 'no bags of ice' Running out of ice on Labor Day weekend is not good. I always checkout the slush drink selections and saw a flavor I had not seen before, Jarritos Mandarin. At 89 cents for a medium, it's s great deal. Shelby helped me with my purchase of a Jarrito Mandarin slush drink and she was very pleasant said 'have a great weekend' She deserves recognition for great service and attitude.

Heartless people shut the bathroom so the homeless can’t use it. What about people who stop at a GAS station to use the restroom? Telling me it’s shut because of the homeless just makes me angry. Like where do you want them to use the restroom at? The street?

Took over 30 minutes quoted time to produce my pizza. Clearly ordered the featured Pulled Pork Pizza online & the person making it had to ask me for the ingredients included with it. What's even more awesome is the fact it wasn't to proper temperature when served to me--I had no idea Casey's did take-and-bake pizzas. *sarcasm*Baked it to 165˚ when I got home. I'm never ordering or eating a Casey's pizza again.
