Bought a chainsaw from these thieves and couldn’t test it out because “they were out of gas”. I asked the lady for some type of warranty and she offered a 30 day warranty. I returned item the next day after finding out chain won’t stay tightened and the manager shorts me $15 for the warranty they offered. They’re a bunch of damn crooks and the state should investigate them. STAY AWAY.

Yes I just went up to the Cash American pawn on i-240 and Western and try to sell a Louis Vuitton purse and the woman tried to tell me that if I don't have the authentication papers showing that it's real Louis Vuitton then she can only give me $15 there is no authentication papers for Louis Vuitton purse so she is a liar and I do not recommend Cash American

Be sure and double check what you buy and the return policy. Would not honor what the receipt clearly stated and was only 4 days since I purchased. Will not be using them again and do not recommend anyone else.

This place is a total scam. They lie and they cheat customers In fact, the "manager" lied directly to my face about the price of a shotgun. I checked the price when I got home , because I trusted they wouldn't screw over a disabled veteran and they were $200.00 over price. They sneak in a 30% restocling fees. if you don't like there price practices If you are 1 day passed on your pawn.They keep your cash and product. Buyer beware, this place is terrible and the staff are even worst. I hope this saves someone from falling victim to this very shady company..

Don't trust them they will tell you that you still have time on your pawn and they will let it drop out of pawn so they can sale it

DO NOT PAWN YOUR ITEMS HERE!!! I just picked up my laptop and as soon as I opened it, there was a family video playing and the power cord was separated. They go through your PRIVATE information while you are going through hard times just trying to get by. There is another pawnshop literally to the side of them, please take the few steps and go there instead or risk your business being displayed!
