Your bankers are extremely rude to international people. Chase has constantly sent me offers to open a bank account for the past 3-4 years. So I did! I spent 2-3 hours of my time off from work to open an account and waited that you guys scan and check everything. Transferred my money from my previous bank to Chase and everything. After three weeks you froze my accounts due to saying "we do not accept work authorization from certain countries". I had to call 5-6 times to follow up and see what the issue is and I was transferred to different departments and people without getting a solid answer for at least two weeks. In a month of having a Chase account, I had a terrible experience. I was unable to check how much my balance is since I had zero access to my accounts. I have had a great credit score build up and have been a customer of Discover since 2016. Never had a late payment with them and thanks to Chase my scheduled payment got returned and I had my first late payment for the very first time. And then my credit score dropped. OG & E charged me 10 dollars extra because of late payment as well because it didn't go through. If you do not accept work authorization and valid immigration documents from "certain" international people, just tell them from the beginning. Before they spend time opening a bank account, transferring their money, and scheduling payments. People's money and time are valuable and Chase absolutely failed in honoring both. To all my international people out there, I had an awful experience with Chase and I do NOT recommend it at all. Never going back after getting my permeant residency.

Professional, fast, friendly service. Payton, one of their tellers were absolutely amazing! He helped me with exactly what I needed and was very kind.This bank is located in a good area and the bank looks very nice inside and out. Clean. Plenty of parking.

This is worst bank ever I scheduled appointment coming then banker took someone else walking and tell me to wait for 2 hours. I came to open the account OMG this is worst customer service ever

Extremely impressive customer service! I have banked with Chase several years, but this location makes me want to continue to be a client for many more years to come.This location has wonderfully taken care of me and my family business. I have had the pleasure with working with Myesha twice now and she has taken care of me with such poise, professionalism, and kindness. I was super impressed today as I arrived a little bit early (before opening hours) and they were ready to go and got me in and out all before official opening. I was greeted with a very positive attitude even though it was technically early. I appreciate the wonderful customer service, highly recommend talking to Myesha, and am super thankful to this location that is family-business-friendly!

I’ve had issues with their ATM freezing or not releasing money and all you can do is call the 1-800 number where they will tell you there is nothing wrong with their atm because it has special sensors that would alert them should anything go wrong.

Not a drive through with bank services. Only a walk up ATM & then an ATM for cars.

I want to write worse reviews on all the chase bank in America. There is no reason for them to hold my cash deposits 10 days .Because they want to steal it or they are incompetent, neglected customers service, I have a problem but calling customers service is taking wait times more than 45 minutes and no one answers. They are not trying to help me but instead they want to keep my money for them with no reason
