Employee are trash. They don’t want to help. They just playing around and don’t want to work. Mr zavier ( don’t know if he was saying real name), but he was raciest. I have chase account so came to open for my dad. And they didn’t help to open the account, made us wait and then they were like it time to go home. Today is the day they made me feel to move to different bank. I am closing all my chase bank checking accounts, credit card accounts and saving and cds. Worst chase location to ever go.

Whoever is over the drive thru needs classes on customer service!!!! She's rude af and has no idea what she's doing. Saying our name isn't on our account when I can clearly see it is....refused my deposit, while every other bank in OKC has 0 issues.

I was at the end of my patience with banks. I really hated dealing with banks and especially bankers. Then I came to chase and met Becky Grisales. She is indescribably amazing! She was so personable and friendly all while maintaining her professionalism. She went above and beyond for me and my wife’s needs. She explained everything perfectly. I cannot express how incredible she is. Thank you Becky for everything. Chase bank is very lucky to have you as are we.

I don't know why this chase is at 2.5 stars. We were probably some of the most difficult customers all day- and they were all still VERY professional. AND NICE. Thats the real review. It's just NICE. Nice and clean, nice tellers, nice personal bankers (gentleman was willing to answer some questions before his 4 o'clock appointment and teller helped us open an account and then directed us to the best place to cash a check so there wouldnt be a hold.)Very nice and knowledgeable employees.Michael is a noteworthy teller, can't remember the personal bankers name unfortunately.

They do a good job here and all the bankers are very helpful and friendly. It almost has the small bank feel, but in a much larger bank with all the benefits that entails.

Building smells like black mold. Go somewhere else if you value your health. Also fiat is backed by nothing and this bank created the federal reserve making you an abject slave.

There’s a reason why it’s rated at only 2.3 stars.Super incompetent. Went to deposit a check for a business and they told me they needed the account number when every other location I’ve been to and was doing the same thing was able to find and deposit the check into the right account with the last 4 digits of the account number. Clearly this man just didn’t wanna work and there was only 1 other car in line. Won’t be going back to this location. To make it worse I told him I was recovering from covid and he still didn’t attempt to assist me at all.UPDATE: went to the location on 122 and may and she was super sweet and helpful and said “I don’t know why they acted like it was gonna be hard that was super easy!”

I’ve been a chase customer for over 4 years, and today (without warning), I come to find out that Chase made the final decision to close my account. No reason given because apparently some banks don’t think they owe the courtesy of even informing their customers of an account closure, or even why they made that decision. I don’t do anything out of the ordinary with my college checking account. I always keep a minimum of $200 within the account, and only use the account to make random purchases for groceries and gas. There’s nothing I can think of that would prompt them to close my account. I went to the bank to speak with someone as to why my account was closed..they ran me in circles telling me that “your account is closed because chase made the final decision to do so”…that’s not a reason. I know they closed my account, I asked WHY. Absolutely ridiculous. Disgusting corporation and deceptive thieves. I can see why my friends only bank locally. These big banks will chew you up and spit you out. No courtesy phone call, no courtesy email, no courtesy or respect to even tell me why. Stay away.

This bank is crazy, my friend came here an open an account with his work permit months ago and today I came there you guys saying I need a green card. This is crazy I will back on Monday with my friend, you guy would need to explain to my how you opened his own account without the green card.

Yes, all the bad reviews are accurate, For one they don’t answer their phone even when it’s the least busiest time of day. And when someone finally does answer they speak to you as if you’re annoying them, the entire staff needs to go.
