Flatbed unload is very slow and there's very poor communication from the office to what's going on in the yard with forklift drivers. I would probably decline a load going here again

My first visit to Cherokee was yesterday. Guys were very friendly, professional and helpful. Had a glitch with the 5G internet. During the internet problem, they apologized more than once for a problem that was not really their problem. Getting loaded was a breeze. Thanks to all. I would recommend in a heartbeat.
