My children went here for not even two weeks and my three-year-old‘s teacher was holding her down and yanking her by the arm back on the bed and traumatize my child then for the next couple of days after something happened every day to where I had to come get one of my Children. Would not recommend management is very crappy and unprofessional.

Needs new management, loved the kids besides that they don’t care about their employees at all.

My experience with this facility has been amazing. The care they provide, the attentiveness, communication the willingness to go above and beyond is astounding. I love that they treat all the children like family. They build their own interpersonal bonds with each and everyone of them. My daughter is extremely happy when she goes into school every single day Katrice, Halie, Brandy, Morgan and Mrs. Felicia are truly blessings and I really appreciate them and the care they provide to my baby.

I am a teacher. I did once work here and left at mid 2024. I wish I didnt have to leave but I had to since the facility was constantly making me ill. I was required to come in with pink eye and other coworkers as well. Plenty staff have came in and sent home throwing up. I personally was requested to come in with rocky mountian spotted fever.
Children arent sent home after weeks of diarrhea, Accepting children back before 24 hours pass when they throw up or have an extremely high fever even when they were sent home the day before. But the illness spreads fast when they only mop maybe once a day. Normally around lunch. Which means your kids come to a unmopped(sanitized) room in the morning. Many teachers try to get mopping done but it isnt a guaranteed your child will be in a clean room when they get there in the morning.
I truely miss the children from this facilty and wish them the best. But if you do bring your child here watch their health and their safety since they also dont send home violent children unless it was a severe injure they caused. They will try to work with the child but at the cost of the other childrens safety by putting the maximum amount of childrenin the room with the violent child. That also includes with kids with special needs. Which state regulations require the number of children to be adjusted for these cases.
I will say Sally is a wonderful teacher. So is Morgan and Tab. But with the issues this place has I will never work for this company again.

Their "tour" consisted of a walk id say about 5 ft from the entrance. Once we arrived at this location it was filthy. First thing I noticed was the doors, and window area. That was filth from weeks. Floors also dirty. NEVER WOULD I LEAVE MY CHILD at a location like this......The tour was a joke, we did not get to see any other area

The school and staff are wonderful. My son has been here since he was 3 months and I have never had a worry. They are knowledgeable and have the kids best interest in mind. Felicia, Brandy, and all the teachers are amazing humans and I love that my son is loved by them daily.

Our experience with Childtime has been overwhelmingly positive. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time here, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment and dedicated staff. Special shout-outs to Ms. Brandy and Ms. Asia, whose kindness and dedication never go unnoticed. They have been truly exceptional in their roles and have made a significant impact on our daughter's early education experience. However, I've deducted one star due to unexpected tuition increases without prior notice. It's essential for parents to plan financially, and unexpected changes can pose challenges. That said, the quality of care and education provided here is top-notch. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful work you do!

My baby was left in the crib crying for 95% of his time there while the workers sit and read books and neglect all the babies that are unable to crawl. They just throw the kids on the floor or into the bouncers so they don’t have to deal with them. Plus my baby got RSV after being there for 3 days so we pulled him out immediately.

Staff has attitude and talk to parents rude so I can’t imagine how they talk to children. My 4 year old went for 2 1/2 days and I had to pull her out. They gave my dad some nasty gross smelling blanket that wasn’t even hers and couldn’t find my daughters. She was also coming home filthy and ended up getting RSV within those 2 1/2 days so they should probably be more sanitary. One of the worst daycares I’ve encountered.

its a “nice“ place for the most part. anytime i look at the video to check on my son, hes always alone. some of the workers have kids there and completely focus their time in on them. understandable, to an extent. this is work and all kids should be looked after and thought for just as much as the next. even witnessed him being just held by his arms and dropped off across the room like he was being a distraction. do these workers not realize there is a camera ? who plays rap music in an infant room w cussing in it ? these people are inexperienced when it comes to children it seems. not ab being fair, but whats right and whats wrong. this place should be ASHAMED of themselves.unless your friend or family work here, i wouldnt recommond this place to a soul.

Horrible place, they were good to my child. The director is a horrible person. She says they charge for diapers and I have never heard of this. Never have enough staff. Some of the girls don’t even know what they are doing.

This is a grat daycare if your looking for one in that area. My kids love coming to daycare and the staff is so great and friendly. Plus the app they use were you get to watch the live cameras is great. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs child care.

My child no longer attends this place, but he now tells me horrible things about it. From them not feeding the kids, horrible building hygiene, to physically abusing them. He had an “accident” where he fractured his 2 upper teeth, and I never received a called from them to inform me about it. My child suffered the entire day with pain. Do to that, he developed a severe infection that cost him to lose both of his teeth. He is very traumatized from this horrible place. I wish I would of press charges at the moment of the accident!
