Just got my car back today after a month. My car looks like it was never in a wreck! They even fixed vanity plate not made anymore. Jeff and Dixie are fantastic!!! Very communicative through the whole process. Explain things in dummy terms for those of us that don't understand. Great job detailing person because you even got my German shepherds hair out of back seat (I can't even do that lol)!!! Would totally recommend using them!!! Even took my enterprise rental and will get them to come pick it up so I didn't have to figure out a ride. 100% all about the customer! Thank you guys!!!;

Unfortunately I just about pulled the front bumper off my wife’s Honda by pulling too far over a concrete parking block. Fortunately I had already had a great experience getting a car fixed at Collision Clinic. I immediately took the car there and Jeff was able to use zip ties to keep the bumper attached to the car so my wife could drive it for a few days before we could drop it off to get fixed. We dropped it off as we left town for a week and it was fixed and ready to pick up when we returned. The front of the car looks like it did when we bought the car new.

First-class customer care and communications! Their coordination with rentals and the insurance company were seamless. But most importantly, their workmanship is impressive. For as invasive as the repairs were, there’s no discernible blending or changes in the metallic sheen. Beautiful work!

Stay away and take your vehicle somewhere else. The people that work here are nice enough, which gives the impression of quality. They offer $50 gift cards for giving 5 star reviews, which should tell you that their quality of work is not adequate to receive honest reviews.
I had to bring my vehicle in for some rework following repairs after an accident because of some things that were not caught. Which I now believe that they just missed due to some sort of lack of ability. Some of the issues were still happening immediately after getting my vehicle back, and after speaking to them it was made clear that they “repaired” other areas of the vehicle even though there were clear noises that indicated where the issues were originating. It sounds weird, ultimately leading me to believe that they are grossly incompetent at what they do or dishonest. Either way, there’s a lack of integrity, that would lead me to believe some combination of the two.

I was in a pretty bad accident about a month ago. Luckily no one was injured. Farmer's Insurance recommended that I bring my vehicle to Collision Clinic for an estimate. I got it towed there immediately. The staff in the front was very professional and helpful. I was given a rental vehicle through Enterprise. Within a few days, I received a detailed estimate and a call from one of their mechanics. Luckily, they were able to save my car! I had fear that it would've been considered totalled! After a few weeks, I received the notice to pick up my car. It was as good as new. Dixie in the front was extremely helpful and kind to my mom. (She had to go pick up the car for me) The process was very simple, we paid the deductible and got all the information on the warranty for the repairs. It was absolutely stressful getting into a car accident, but having Collision Clinic there to help from day one has been such a relief. My car feels brand new. Great service, clean and comfortable facility and a wonderful staff.
