I would not recommend staying here unless you are very desperate. The microwave timer did not work. So you better watch your food already. It won't burn. There is no hot water just light warm And if you could see from the pictures. If you wanted to take a shower, you'd better stand by the sink. You would have to hold the shower handle the whole time if You're sort you can forget taken a shower and this is in a Handicap room

Toilet seat was broken, reported...nothing done. A $2.58 package of replacement bolts at Walmart would've fixed it & the broken seat in #414.Tub would not drain. Very poor water pressure & water got tepid before the end of a very quick shower & remained so for the 2nd & 3rd person. Tub/shower issues were not reported...after the broken toilet seat couldn't be resolved, what was the point! Whole room vibrated from the a/c compressor unit (possibly on the roof over our room #417).Front desk clerk was pleasant, but not helpful. On the plus side...the overall.cleanliness of the hotel seemedgood and the breakfast was prettytasty.Oh, I forgot...the ice maker on the ground floor by the elevator was leaking water all over the floor; making it pretty dangerous.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyoneThe AC did not work. When we first walkedin the room around 4 you couldn't breath. Itfelt like it was 90°. We turned the air as lowas it would go and left to go to dinner and itwas barely cool in the room by the time wewent to bed around midnight. Never did getcold. We told the front desk and they wereno help. Our tub was dirty. No hot water, just a little warm. The ice machine didn'twork on our floor. The frig didnt get cold. When we were leaving the next day we had2 other people stop us in the parking lot to ask us if our AC worked and if we had hot water and water pressure. With all that being said, the location was great, rooms were nice and beds were comfortable! They just have a lot of things they need to fix.

What a differece one Comfort Inn is from another. Sadly, this one did not meet my expectations. Our stay was for 5 nights while visiting family and friends. No one was at the front desk most of the time. Had to ring a bell and this seems very unaccommodating. The person who checked us in was okay but some of the others not so much. The room itself had so much humidity. I don't know what causes that because we have encountered it before but it was miserable. Towels don't dry, our medications/supplements all stuck together in the container and the overall feeling of the room was uncomfortable. The room had no remote for the TV when we entered. I went to the desk, rang the bell and the person got one out of a drawer. Later, it was not working properly and my husband asked for another one and was told he didn't know where they were. The next day, we asked again and were told there were other people checking in so he couldn't get one. My husband said, "I'm here now and I need a different remote." The employee came up with one and it worked well the remainder of our time.Mattress was okay.Shower was okay but the sink water pressure was terrible and occasionally had a "sewer" smell. I assume came from the drain. The last 2 days, I brushed my teeth at the bathtub. The exterior of the property had some disrepair and the grounds need attention. Landscaping was more weeds than anything else.I didn't use the pool except to sit with my feet in the water. The room was warm but the water was not so I didn't swim. I did notice the handicapped equipment seemed frightening. The base of the equipment where it was attached to the cement was crumbling. This was our 2nd time to stay here but we will definately look for somewhere else next visit. The manager/owner needs to do better with this facility.

The manager is extremely rude, they lack communication, the staff gives out other guest information, which is against the law. They kept changing my card when I added more days and paid with cash the last few night. My card was charged again after checking out. I have everything documented, videos, and pictures. I will be taking them to court. I made sure to tip the housekeepers when requesting room service, I even tipped 2 of the receptionists and still a bad experience.

It’s ok for a hotel but could be better. At least the room was clean.Could be better if at least ONE of the four ice machines was working or if the solitary front desk clerk cared about it.

You can look at this picture and make your own decision about breathing the air in the room.I found this location had good and accessible customer service, I was satisfied with the lighting and general security efforts, room was overall well maintained, air unit has been substantially neglected for a while.

Rooms were clean ish….looked like they hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. There was trash in the stairwell when we arrived and was still there the next day when we left. The pool didn’t have any towels and when I asked the gentleman at the front desk for more he seemed a bit put out by it. We did not try the breakfast….other reviews on here didn’t give us much hope so we picked a local restaurant. There were several other options in the area and I immediately wished we had picked one of them. We will not stay here again.

This place was clean, and the maids cleaned our room when we were just staying two nights which many places don’t do unless you specifically ask. Very happy with that, and very trustworthy maids. Left many electronics out and personal items as we did not know they were cleaning and they neatly set them by the tv. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because the one guy working the counter was looking at his phone when we needed another towel and didn’t even know we were there. He was kind of clueless. The other reason is because the breakfast was pretty wimpy, but I can’t really complain because it is free. Overall, a good, clean, hotel.

Pictures showed newly renovated and clean facility. Actual stay revealed less than expected. Front desk staff (male) was not very hospitable. Breakfast on the first day was practically empty. Came back later that day and neither key card would work to let us in our rooms. Hallways and stairwells smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana, even though facility was supposed to be smoke free. Breakfast the second day had less food and drink than the first day, despite getting there earlier. The front desk was alerted and we were assured more food was coming, but after almost an hour, we gave up hope that they were actually going to bring anything. There was very little parking in front of the hotel. The door in the rear of the hotel didn't shut properly and was often unlocked/open when we would return. There are several other hotels to choose from in that area. We won't be picking this one in the future.

Rooms were disgusting, breakfast food was not only disgusting but the muffins were over a month expired, barely any portions of anything, times for everything are different depending on where you look (front desk says one thing, signs say another, online says completely different. It's a crap show) this hotel is garbage and doesn't deserve business.

The room was nice but the tub was not great. It had a slip guard stuck to the bottom that was pulled loose on the front part. Their breakfast was minimal. They did have biscuits and gravy, but one of us is lactose intolerant, so no good for her. They had cereal, which took milk. They had sandwiches that were microwaveable. That was it. No bread or Danish. You could make due, but not up to their usual standards.

Did two of these places in a row; one in Oklahoma City, OK, and here. As far as the rooms in both places:Both room and toilet are sizable, though OKC's location was larger overall. Both beds were adequate. I did not sleep on the sleeper sofa in either location. Lots of light sources ( lamps ), but light overall was cozy. Tub was standard size in each location. Towels enough for two night's stay. Bring your own toiletries. As for breakfast: this location featured biscuits and gravy, thawed out breakfast sandwiches, and cold cereal, as well as a waffle maker. The biscuits were cold and hard, but there was a microwave. The milk for the cereal was well chilled. The apple juice was good, the orange juice, not.The front desk here was friendly, though difficult to understand. I had an issue with the WiFi, but my issue was immediately taken care of.As for breakfast, an IHOP is a stones throw away. Beats hard biscuits.
