AMAZING CANNOT PAY OFF LOAN Bank is a sham be weary in Oklahoma. Boats, Motorcycle dealerships like to use them for loans. I have never had any reason to speak with the bank until it came time to payoff. Overdrafted my account over 2,000.00 then reversed the payment and said I cancelled it. Then instead of drafting the balance they short it. I called two days later and they still showed a payoff amount owed but I could no pay it off until after 72 hours because of some three transaction rule. Sounds to me like making a little extra interest on your loans. Went to OKC branch and there was nobody on the entire floor just one person who just got hired in January. it was very nice has been there for some time just no loan officers, no tellers, no management jts the one kid who had to call someone to discuss loan payments pretty much the same thing I did except he got right thru without waiting for and hour.

If you are looking for a new bank... DO NOT choose this bank. They have the worst customer service. I have called several times and been hold for over an hour each time. If you call to complain about being on hold for so long they get verbally abusive regarding you not understanding how busy they are! I have had an account with them for over 5 years and will definatly be moving my account!

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. We had an auto loan through the dealer with Commerce. Their banking access & features are terrible.

Horrible! if I could leave no stars I would. Worst Bank I've ever dealt. We had a truck loan through them through the dealer. Terrible, Horrible, will never deal with them again.

The absolute worst. They work really really hard to make banking difficult. They are essentially a hoop building factory for customers to jump thru!!

I was very pleased with how I was able to fill out my loan application over the phone, with information I gave Lacy. She knew what questions to ask and made it very easy, I have been to the bank 3 or 4 times before and have always been treated very nice and knew they cared about what I needed. I received a call from Lacy the next day to tell me I had been approved for my loan. I`m looking forward to getting my new car very soon. Thanks Commerce Bank for always making it so easy to bank with you. I`ve been with Commerce since 2013 and have never had a problem with them. I started in southwestern Ks. to southeastern Ks. and now in Ok. I also do business with them in Branson, Mo, when I`m there.

If you want to make a loan with this bank, forget it. They will charge you $4.95 per payment if you want to set up a automatic payments.

Always put on 20 minute hold. Have to pay 5$ every payment to use on line pay.I will be refinancing ASAP
