This has got to be the worst bank in all of America. Do not get a car loan through them. They won’t take your bank card for payment. They make you pay in cash every month which is a hassle. They also have the absolute rudest personnel on the planet at the 89 th street branch. The corporate office needs to retrain the hired help.

I recently visited this CFCU branch to open a CD. The Black Friday rate was 6% on a 6 month term, so I expected a slightly busier-than-usual lobby and didn't mind the short wait to ink the deal.While I was waiting, I witnessed all three Member Service Reps at the desk take care of additional clients with smiles fit for the holiday season. My experience with Sr MSR Cade to open the CD was excellent and quite worth the wait. He presented himself as friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive.Overall, it was a great first impression from a financial institution.

Please Do better! I will never do business with them again after I get my car paid down enough. Very disreputable at this institution and attitudes are highly unprofessional. Some are very nice. Get rid of the ones that seriously hate their job and take it out on customers.

I like this location. I use another credit union so I always have to fill out forms to perform any transactions and they're always patient with me. They're always nice and I usually feel like I get through the drive through quickly. A lot of their locations drive thru's aren't open on Saturdays but theirs is. Just wanted to update on how much I appreciate this location & the staff, specifically Lisa.

We had an amazing experience with Carla who processed our auto loan. We live out of state and it was almost closing time when we showed up but she still made the time to see us. She was so kind and friendly! We were very appreciative. The teller was also very kind too. We had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this bank! Thank you guys for an easy and quick process!

No ATM deposits, no bank hours in the app. Despite advertising being able to handle check card fraud claims online if you actually try to file a claim you are required to call and speak to someone on the phone which I and many more people are unable to do due to disability.

If you need to conduct business remotely, using mobile services, bear in mind they do not allow for mobile check deposits over $5,000 according to their tellers or over $10,000 according to the mobile app. This is a gaping hole in their service they say is needed to prevent fraud. They need to use common sense exceptions with adequate proof to legitimacy. I wish I could stick with this bank, but I’m starting to doubt it’s possible. Adapting technology and behavior is necessary to keep up with the times and levels of convenience customers expect to be commonplace.
