11AM - 6PM
7500 N Western Ave, Oklahoma City“I'm writing this one out of desperation. They have too many pets and need our help. They had a special for a free pound puppy weighing over 40 lbs they are or were adopting them for free. The Humane Society has a special place in my heart. I love all animals and I wish everyone would have their pets spayed or neutered to cut down on pet population. I also pray that there is more laws against puppy mills. The people who work here are great and there is a dog, cat and sometimes a bunny or two for everyone. They keep it clean and they are very professional. I would recommend the local Humane Society to everyone including the kids. Hay they allow you to walk any dog they have that isn't a violent offender. I wish everyone reading this post would go get some of the Oklahoma City Humane Society and I promise you that if you can you'll be going home with a great new best friend.”
“What can I say about this organization? It’s pretty neat! In one of my classes (a field study class), I had to choose an organization to volunteer with for credit. After contacting two other agencies fruitlessly, this organization came to my rescue. I was a playroom attendant. My supervisor, Alejandra Villar, and her supervisor, Renee Vincent, were helpful and accommodating. If you’re a student or anyone looking for volunteer opportunities, this is it!”
“Our Job volunteered there, and got to plant pollinators at a local school., great group of people, couldnt be more proud to give back . They are doing so many great things for the local community. I can't wait to volunteer again soon.”

1425 1/2 N Rockwell Ave, Oklahoma City“If you're dealing with substance abuse issues the Rockwell club is a great club. Really nice people great speakers and the person that chairs the meeting is fantastic.”
“I am so thankful for the Dream Center and all they do for our community. The food pantry is one of the best in the city. There is a beautiful mix of people and personalities seeking Gods kingdom in everything they do!”
“I absolutely love this place. This organization has helped so many children and families be able to provide sports equipment whereas otherwise they wouldn't be able to afford to. We all know that children need to exercise daily but sadly some of the programs do cost money and require expensive uniforms to be able to play safely. This organization helps with that they don't judge it's a clean organized facility in a decent location you can call and make an appointment so you're not embarrassed to go in and be seen by other people but honestly it's so welcoming it wouldn't even matter they have such a wide assortment of equipment and help you get the very best for you and your family. I have recommended them several times as a coach and have even found myself in need of their services from time to time. Protect this organization at all costs they truly deserve it!”

“Joe's is by far the best place to go if your wanting coffee. Not only do they have coffee that's to die for, they also serve breakfast, and lunch to those that are less fortunate. Let me tell you the meals there never disappoint. The service there is awesome. The atmosphere seems to be one of positive energy. Ms. Jamie the beautiful woman that runs Joe's addiction really does do everything out of love. A great place to have good coffee and meet new people from all different walks of life. 5 stars.”

“Skyline really came through with providing my family a very generous amount of food and even LED light bulbs! It was extremely easy to enroll in the program as long as you meet the income limitations. It's absolutely wonderful to have organizations like Skyline in our community. I can't thank them enough!”
“Several books, great prices, informational pamphlets, and even Alateen information. I wish more people knew about this place. I was helped by a sweet woman named Emily. She knows everything about every single book in there! I will definitely be advertising for this look store.”
“My time at In The Gap was absolutely one of the best experiences of my life! Through the training, I gained confidence and skills in lesson planning and communication. It was refreshing to be in a spiritually focused environment. It helped me become more firmly grounded in the Bible and my beliefs. ITG definitely gave me a passion for ministry and serving others!”
“The Rockwell Plaza YMCA is a fantastic place to work out and make friends! The teachers are the best. They offer a wide variety of wonderful classes. I go to the yoga, Barre, Pilates and muscle conditioning classes and have never been disappointed in the quality of the instruction in these. There are also lots of opportunities to get involved with their community outreach. The Backpacks for Kids, Pancakes with Santa, and Halloween reading/trick-or-treat events serve both the local children as well as their parents. What a great place to be a member!”

“Mi had a bad experience about a month ago. I purchased some thin mints from a lady selling cookies at Walmart that were old. I got a hold of Judi at the main office and explained what happened and she apologized immensely. She took care of the issue and even offered me several boxes of free cookies. This is a great program for all girls and I hope that this program continues. Thank you so much for what all you do for these girls.”
“There were over a hundred people who showed up needing resources, and I didn't see one person turned away. They didn't have unlimited resources, so it wasn't as stocked as well as it is when fewer people need help that day. The staff was stretched a bit thin, but they didn't complain or become rude. Instead, they all pulled together and did a great job not only helping me but everyone that I saw come in. Big blessing for me. Very thankful and grateful indeed.”
