I just moved from out of state, and was having a very weird issue once my PC was reassembled. Thankfully I was correct in my guess that my motherboard had gotten screwed up during the move. Since I work remotely I needed my PC back up and running ASAP!
Computer Connection was the only store in the area that had a compatible motherboard in stock!
Everyone at Computer Connection was a pleasure to talk to and can't thank them enough for getting me back up and running the same day!!!
Will definitely be checking in with them for any future computer needs!!

We took in our none gaming computer for service. After a week, they brought it out to full of dust and they had to go back to give a quick clean. Which is why we brought it in. We paid the two-hundred bucks brought it in and it wouldn’t work.
HERE’S THE PROBLEM.
Only one fan was running when I booted it up. And, that one was not on the processor. The other fans were no longer plugged in. It looks like they were returning our computer to fail.
They are not trustworthy to repair your computer. They only want to build new gaming computers. Thy only wants to replace your older system.
I wouldn’t trust them to port over your software; unless it’s related t o gambling.
They are not the Computer Connection of the previous owners. Don’t expect the service you were expecting. Unless you want to get a computer for gambling.

Let me start off by saying the customer service is great, but the prices are a joke. I understand making a profit, but when you have an Intel i9-14900K Processor marked up almost $200 over it’s retail price, that’s a no from me. You’d be better off at Best Buy or Amazon.

I had a great experience I bought a mid-high end gaming PC they built new called “Goldie” it’s been a huge upgrade to what I had. Zach was awesome to work with and was patient with all my inexperienced questions. As long as they stand by their warranty in the future If needed I’ll be recurring customer. Glad I stopped in.

The only store in town that had the cable I needed. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful even when there were tons of other customers coming in the door. I will be back.

At First They Were Nice And Seemed Like They Wanted To Help But After You Buy ITs Just a Money Game I Bought A PC From them and its hasnt worked more than it has, constantly up there with it just for them to say whatever isnt covered by warrenty they try to act nice but when things go wrong there are very personal and offensive, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS NO OTHER CHOICE
