Concentra Urgent Care provides occupational health services, including injury care, drug testing, and physical exams. The facility is often extremely busy, which can lead to a long wait, but the staff is consistently described as kind, professional, cordial, and spirited. They work very hard and provide excellent service with a positive attitude, making visits pleasant. The center is well-organized, with qualified staff who keep time and clearly explain results and next steps. While occasional distractions happen, overall experiences are very good, with many patients having nice and positive visits during their time there.
