Honestly it was pleasant. My first time picking out certain appliances, Casey had me approved in literal seconds , explained and helped me pick out stuff within my budget , got me amazing deals on my warranty and closing, and was very knowledgeable about the brands and if it was going to suit my family and even was able to tell me from a picture if my stove was gas or electric. He made my experience amazing and it took so much stress off of me. He didn’t hover or try and sell the most crazy expensive thing. He listened to how I felt and what I wanted and wasn’t pushy at all. Definitely recommend this without a second thought

Byron was a great salesman. He didn’t pressure us. He allowed us to look at what we wanted and then once we were ready he took care of us.

Casey engaged with me and my kids shortly after I entered the store. He, with the assistance from store manager Byron, provided some very smooth, simple customer service which helped me get approved so that I could get a new refrigerator. This was an experience that definitely stands out from the competition. But after this initial experience, I don’t think that there is any competition. I make monthly payments rather than bi-weekly payments. There’s a lot more to choose from as far as selection of products. I was even more impressed with the fact that my product wasn’t something that had once been inside someone else’s house. It was coming brand new from the warehouse. I don’t give five stars very often because nobody is perfect. But, one can have a hard time finding a group of people better than the crew at NW Expressway & Independence.

This review is long but please read it will save you some headaches:DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! I am honestly not even sure I would recommend Conns as a whole at this point. We went in a got a stove and a microwave that went over the stove upon purchase we were told many inaccurate things from us in great depth of us informing them of the set up in our kitchen and being told it’ would not be a issue to much more. Of course we got a floor model so those cannot be returned under any circumstances what ever ok but at the point of 3 failed installs to find out they did not even include the needed bracket to complete the job upon further investigation, we were told that a old employee had disposed of all of the brackets, and that they would have this issue with many more form models that have gone out of the store. At this point, they stated that they placed an order for the bracket that should’ve been there and it should be delivered within 10 days. Of course that time came and went upon following up with it was informed oh it will be three more days so here we are today called again just to be informed that the order was placed, but is still left in processing they could possibly deny it to leave me responsible for paying for a bracket, but I have no idea what it even looks like , nor should I be responsible for paying for multiple conversations with One of the managers on site being told that the order was placed and receiving an email that the order was placed, no one ever made a statement of The fact that the part had to be approved to be purchased. Not sure why I got an email stating that the order was placed and the part was ordered if it was still yet to be approved still no part and still not installed I am continuing to get the runaround, but yet at this point, I still have a microwave sitting on my kitchen counter for two months that I mean forced to pay for that I cannot use. Of course when I call I get the the manager is busy and he will call me back. guarantee you that has not happened on multiple occasions , I would not recommend this location and probably not altogether. They have terrible customer service and none of the text on site who are selling you these things have any clue what they are talking about. I was definitely not informed that floor models did not come with the mounting brackets and was told on multiple occasions that everything that is needed for the install should be there, and after so realizing they were not was told that I would be ordered and still no bracket these people only care about making a sale so be careful. At this point we have had 5-6 install appointments all not completed and we still have a microwave on the counter we cannot use but I have to pay for.

Conn’s is a fitting name for a store where that’s how you feel after you leave. I was shopping for a washer and dryer, stopped in to check out what this store had and was greeted right away, after looking at a few washers and dryers I decided on one, looked online and saw the same washer and same dryer for over $250 cheaper at Home Depot. I was told that conns had next day delivery which HD doesn’t. So after price matching a portion of Home Depot’s price I decided I would buy the units at cons because of next day delivery, after we got to ringing up the units I was now told Friday was the earliest date. I was frustrated but it was still a few days earlier than HD do I was willing to spend the extra $600. After the sale went through I got the paperwork and saw the delivery date was now for Saturday. At this point I was over it, I cancelled my order and went to Home Depot, bought a washer and dryer, Home Depot gives free delivery WITH installation. Conns charges $100 to just drop it off and more to install it. So if you want to spend more and be lied to then yeah I would suggest this place. Otherwise save yourself the hassle.

It was an easy process. Definitely worth the experience and having 12 months to pay it off, before interest charges are applied is, awesome.

First and last time ordering from Conn’s! After having the delivery date postponed 3 times I canceled my order. Took my business to Metro Appliance in OKC and they delivered the next morning.

Stay away!! I purchased multiple items and was assured I would be covered the whole time I was making payments. (This is a lie!) You have a 1 year warranty unless you purchase a longer warranty. My fridge went out, service shows I have warranty but the item is an exchange only item. Store says I don't have warranty and they cannot help me. I don't remember the associates name but the manager (Bill) took over the call. Bill was rude and borderline yelling at me because I was upset. (I just lost $300 in food!) Bill said he would pass my name to the district manager Greg, never got a call.

the Good and the BADMy wife and i went in to look for a dishwasher today. We liked the store a lot and our salesperson was great. we were even eyeing a couch that we might go back for. We ended up purchasing a Samsung. The dishwasher was $899 and after taxes and fees we walked out having paid $1080.75. Conns is charging me $99.99 for delivery. They are not installing it just bringing it to my house. As soon as I got home i got a pop up that said delivery should be free. I called the store and told them the issue and was put on hold for 22 minutes. I called back and was put back on hold and routed to the call center. The call center said it sounds like a mistake and that they believed the store would wave the fee but it had to come from the store. I called again and was told that the free delivery was only online. I told them that I was annoyed and considering coming in and cancelling my order and then ordering online. I spent $1000 i don't think im out of line for not wanting to spend $100 that I shouldn't have too. I spoke to the store manager and she said the store charges $100 for delivery but that it includes "white glove service". I asked what that was and she said they wear gloves and shoe covers and open the box for me and take the trash out so my house isn't messed up. the online "free" delivery doesn't charge for the delivery but DOES charge a fee for the "white glove". i told her i don't give a crap about the white glove. they can leave the dishwasher in the garage. they aren't installing it. In the end it looks like I'm going to be swindled out of $100. There is nothing i can do about this but they wont be getting the $2000 for the couch from me now.

Bruce and his team helped us so much to buy a refrigerator! Their competitor was incompetent and wouldn’t help us get refund even though we didn’t go through with it so I don’t know how they charged us in the first place but Bruce and this wonderful lady who I sadly didn’t get her name for helped us every step of the way and taught their competitors how to do their job and after a lot of back and forth Conns advice ended up working and they helped us get it done fast and easy! I really appreciate their team and their support because if it wasn’t for them talking to the finance company and helping us we still wouldn’t have our refrigerator and we would be waiting until next week. Thank you thank you thank you to Bruce and the wonderful lady and honestly everyone of the staff for being polite and patient and helpful even though it was a difficult (not because of them) and long process(also not due to them). ?

My online experience proved to be difficult due to online sales not allowing for sales tax removal. I came to the store in-person as was greeted immediately by an associate. I was able to resolve my issue and saved additional money.

I'm never buying anything from here again. 3 years ago I came in already knowing what I wanted. What should have taken roughly 1 hour, took 4 hours. The salesman kept trying to upsale a bigger TV, even tho I specifically told him what I wanted. After 3 years of perfect payments on time, they messed up on one of my final 2 payments. Trying to get it fixed and the customer service hung up on me twice. Not a disrupted call then a call back, since they just asked for my number, straight hung up on me! If this is how you treat a customer that is finalizing 3 years of financing with y'all... I won't be back ever

My first in store visit I left flustered. I had been dealing with Byron online , texting and via telephone. Not one of the three guys impressed me at all, that I was working with on August 10, 2023. In fact I would say they were womanizing me. Which was my second turn off, first being that no one seemed to have the knowledge about anything I was interested in. I didn’t care for the hush , hush, whispering back and forth between Cristin and sales manager. I felt pressured into purchasing something I wasn’t certain about due to pursuance. I was needing to be back at work an hour and 1/2 away , as I repeated at least six times. I finally said I have to get back and left without completing my intended purchase. I then made a second trip Monday 8/14/2023 after work to meet with salesman Byron. He was extremely professional and explained instead of forcing me to sign documents. He allowed me to read the documents prior to signing instead of watching over my shoulder and pressuring me. Needless to say, I will return in the future to purchase additional items, I only pray Byron is still professionally representing your company /store. He also had the knowledge of anything I asked without the necessity to find someone else to answer my questions in a timely manner. He prepared the necessary items I was looking to purchase and with the correct prices, not leaving me feeling like he was hiding the prices from me. The sales manager and other store associate were both very professional and courteous as well. Communicating about furniture I was observing while awaiting Byron to finalize the necessary documents to complete my purchase. I honestly was relieved that I didn’t have to think of making a third trip just to make a minimal purchase that should be a simple process. Kudos to Byron, ? your sales manager and store associate that we’re working 8/14/2023. I had the most pleasant / professional experience and felt relieved that I didn’t need to return a third time nor be concerned about anything I signed. Now just waiting for my delivery.

Buyers beware!!! Conn's cons people! We did the "rent to own" portable a/c unit and was told we could bring it back anytime without penalty or restock fee. 9 days later, we tried to return it and they won't accept it and claim it's their policy, but yet 2 of their employees in the store lied to our face and told us there wouldn't be an issue. Hard to believe that this business promotes their employees misrepresenting in order to make a sale. Contacted their corporate office, reported to the better business bureau, and now I'm blasting it on social media so hopefully people will see this and avoid being scammed by this sketchy company!
