We love this purchase and so glad we found them, as this was the easiest transaction and even better than we were looking for our movie room. Everyone was so nice from looking, buying and delivery, too. The delivery guys has to carry this huge couch upstairs, put it together, no mess and took all the boxes and clean up needed.We had a weird configuration and wanted two large chaise lounges, no problem and they got this to us in record time with this request for a new style. We will definitely refer as many as we know their way and will buy again from them if the need comes up again. Worth your time to go by and look at what they have, as well as what they can get for you. Nicest people ever, with no pressure sales and saved us so much money compared to other places to buy and quality is better than expected. Happy Customer - Happy to Share our Experience.

A bit hard to find, it's at the end of the building. Good selection of couches and a variety of different styles, however downfall none of them come with a warranty which is a bummer. Gal working who helped us was very friendly.

Went to practically every furniture store in OKC and none of them compare when it comes to customer service. They also have the most in trend couches! Thank you guys so much for our new stain resistant Cloud couch! It does great with our children and dogs

I love my couch! Madison was a great person to work with through the buying process and everyone else at the shop was very helpful. Great delivery and the couch is great quality! Will definitely buy from them again.

no pressure sales. In, picked out, paid for and picked up all with in a hour and 1/2. Now some colors have to be ordered. But the easiest couch I have ever bought! Can’t say much. Very reasonable

So far I’m happy with my purchase. My complaint is they charged for delivery when the day before delivery was free. Then they showed up and were just going to leave me with my couch in boxes. I was told I had to Venmo the guys $80 to put the couch together… this was never mentioned prior. So I paid. Then they refused to take the boxes. I’m stuck with giant boxes in my garage. I drive a small vehicle and just had breast cancer so lifting is out of the question. If I’m paying $180 they could at least remove the boxes. I’ve worked for large furniture stores. If you pay for delivery and setup that includes box removal. Buyer dot your I’s and cross your T’s when buying. They just make up what they want to do and charge on a daily basis.

We found this company on Facebook marketplace a few weeks ago. We arrived at their show room in Oklahoma City. We were welcomed to the best hospitality and we found the perfect couch. We went on a Friday night and they said it would be delivered the following Wednesday. They called me Tuesday saying the could deliver it a day early and I said come on by and they were at my place 45 minutes later. Great company. Great family. I love that it’s family owned. We will stick with them for any furniture we need whether living room, dining, etc. go check out Couch+Co!!!

We recently had a highly disappointing experience with a couch purchase, which left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. After carefully selecting a couch from Couch+Co, we arranged to pick it up the next day to ensure we would have it before thanksgiving. However, when we picked up the couch and brought it home, we realized it was the wrong set. We picked out and purchased a sectional. We were given a sofa and love seat with the chaise base.When I contacted the company to inform them of the mix-up, they requested video evidence as proof. While I understand the need for verification, I found it inconvenient and frankly bizarre that it didn’t seem like they believed me. Nonetheless, I complied with their request and sent them the video.Unfortunately, their response to my situation was far from satisfactory. Instead of offering to rectify their mistake by arranging a pickup for the incorrect couch and delivering the correct one, the said because they didn’t have the actual sectional we had purchased that we could have the current (wrong) set and they would refund us $200 of our $1500 or we could have their floor model which was a very light gray and I told him multiple times we didn’t want that one because it was too light, or we could pick another set which was more money and they could MAYBE deliver it the next day after closing. What they gave us felt so cheap and was exactly what we didn’t want and was most certainly not a $1300 set, I’d say $700 MAYBE. They did not offer any assistance in retrieving the merchandise, leaving us to deal with the inconvenient task of returning the set to their premises ourselves. We finally decided on another sectional and we agreed on the price so we were to take the original set back and pick up the new one. On the way there, we decided to just return it for a full refund and be done with them. We headed straight to Mathis Brothers and picked out a couch that we LOVE.Not only did this situation cause us significant inconvenience, but it also wasted our time and money. We had to spend additional resources on transportation to return the couch to the company's location, which was an unnecessary burden placed on our due to their error.The lack of customer service and the company's failure to take responsibility for their mistake was deeply disappointing. It is disheartening when a company fails to stand behind the quality of their products and provide the necessary support to rectify an error on their part.I hope that other customers will be spared from a similarly frustrating experience and that the company takes steps to improve their customer support and accountability.Overall, our experience with this couch purchase and subsequent return was highly unsatisfactory. I would caution others to be wary when dealing with this company to avoid similar inconveniences and disappointments.

My mom and dad bought a couch from Couch + Co and had it delivered today. Everyone from the sales woman to the delivery crew was nice and helpful!! We were honestly a little worried about getting the sofa into my parent’s sunroom. The room is off of the kitchen and the couch would have to be lifted over the kitchen island. The guys handled it like pros and made it look easy!!! Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for a couch for months and couldn’t decide because everywhere seemed to be sketchy with awful reviews or way over our price range, but then we found these guys and the buying process was immediately easy. We bought our dream couch for the cheapest we’ve ever seen it, it’s comfy, everything is here with no broken parts, they were very fast at communicating and our couch came a few days after we purchased it online. They also delivered on base with no issues, which we haven’t had luck with in the past. Plus we love it and so does our dog. It’s the Kova Pit Sectional and it’s so perfect!! Definitely recommend buying from these guys.

The Garrett Family was an absolute pleasure to work with! After visiting all of the major furniture stores in the area, I turned to Facebook and found their store. Their couches are priced well below surrounding area stores and the comfort level is out of this world!! Oh and you can negotiate the prices for the items and delivery too!! I promise you won’t be disappointed! (Not to mention, I initially ordered a sectional, and 24 hours later I changed my mind for another one… like any typical woman…Chandler didn’t even blink twice. Not only did I change my order, but I ended up adding another item to my order as well. The process was very easy and everyone was pleasant to work with!)

I found this company through FB, and decided to go for it. They got back with me same day, had everything set up virtually, and next day I had a new living room set! It was fast, they’re super friendly, and it was delivered right to me the day after I chose what I wanted. Very good prices, too! I absolutely love my new sectional and swivel chair. I highly recommend using this company, and I will definitely be making more purchases in the future!
